      I visited the Jellycat store at the FAO Schwarz store in ******** yesterday morning. I bought two pancake amuseables and one waffle amuseable, but my shopping experience was completely ruined by the salesperson with rainbow watch strap. This salesperson insisted that only two amuseables could be "cooked" and flat-out refused to do the third. When I tried to at least take a photo, she rudely refused, adding to the frustration.I heard from my friends that some of them bought three or even five amuseables and each amuseable was "cooked". I felt treated differently, which made me feel like my time and money were not worth it.This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially in a store known for bringing joy to customers. ******* dismissive and unfriendly attitude left a terrible impression. I hope management addresses this issue to ensure no other customers have to deal with such disappointing service.

      So disappointed with their customer service. I have called, reached out through multiple different social media accounts of theirs, and filled out their contact us form from their website and have still not been able to have my issue resolved. When you fill out the form on their website, it says you can expect to hear back within 2 to 3 business days. I filled out this form five separate times and only the first time did I ever receive a response. For Christmas I purchased the kids electric guitar with amplifier for my son. He absolutely loved the thing. He took such good care of it. He always made sure to return it to his case, he never left it lying around on the ground, he cherished this guitar. One day he was going to plug the amplifier into the guitar when the housing around the plug just fell off in his hands. So now hes unable to plug the amplifier in which is obviously the whole point of the guitar. You need it in order for the guitar to sound the way its meant to.The first response that I got from them was that they would replace the item, but that they were currently out of stock of the item and that they would place me on the waitlist. The item was still for sale on their website, so Im not sure how they were out of stock.With what I know now Im assuming that was just a ploy to get me to go away. I have since tried to follow up probably around seven times and have not received one response.I really dont know what else I can do but this guitar cost me $170 so it absolutely shouldve lasted longer than 2 1/2 weeks. cant believe how little these people care for their customers. Would definitely recommend purchasing elsewhere. There will be an issue and you wont get any response from them.

      This store is terrible. I am 70 years old and got taken advantage of. I saw a demo in the store selling the Zorbi when everyone left I asked if this was appropriate for a 10 year old and was told yes. It was done all with magnets. Well that was not true. It is used with a very thin string and almost impossible to use. So I have emailed on 12/19, 12/21, 12/28 and 1/5. I emailed everything I was asked to do twice and to date have not heard from them telling me what they plan to do. I am asking for a refund the purchase price plus tax. I have asked for the phone number so I can call and speak directly with a person rather then keep on emailing and getting no where. I cannot believe a store with such a good reputation would allow a customer to be taken advantage of just to sell an item that just does not work. I live in ** and was on a bus trip to the city just for the day.
