      I purchased 4 tires from this business for my vehicle. Only one of the tires that was delivered was correct. Unfortunately this was not discovered until I had loaded the tires and taken it to my mechanic to put them on. My mechanic discovered they were the wrong size. Three 19 inch and one 20 inch tire were sent to me. I contacted the company immediately to correct the problem. All the pictures they requested proving I had gotten the wrong tire were sent. It still took them 2 days to schedule a ***** pickup. Except the pickup was never scheduled. ***** never came to my home to pick up the incorrect tires. And despite multiple calls and emails to resolve the issue it wasnt until I contacted ***** myself that ***** arranged to get my tires. No one from tire agent ever instructed me to do this, and they left the responsibility of carrying extremely large and heavy tires in and out of the address to my elderly parents. I requested a credit for the inconvenience and the amount of work I had to do because of an error they made. The only thing they would offer is a $25 digital gift card. I will not be buying anything from this business ever again and I let them know as such. They claim they are unable to issue credits back to the original form of payment because they are a small startup company.

You contacted us on October 8 to report that three of the four tires were the wrong size. We responded promptly and arranged for a ***** pickup the following day, October 9. Unfortunately, ***** did not show up to pick up the tires, so we had to reschedule the pickup for October 14. The tires were finally picked up by ***** on October 16, and on the same day, we created the replacement order. The replacement tires were delivered on October 21.

      We sincerely apologize for the delay with your ***** pickup, as this does not reflect the customer experience we strive to provide. While we understand that applying the $25 credit to your payments instead of providing a gift card would be more helpful, we don't have the ability to apply credits directly with your lender.

      Canceled order through this company. Tire order that was canceled was paid for through payment company paytomorrow. Tire agent confirmed order was canceled but will not refund paytomorrow company and they are now taking money from my account. Have reached out to tire agent numerous times via phone and email with no response to issue.       I ordered 4 tires 215 55r 16 I received 3 of those and 1 245 40 r 20. I contacted the business and told them I wanted a label to send this back and I wanted the correct tire, I don't want a refund for 1 tire. I want what I paid for. Tire agent has my request but tire agent has declined my exchange request. Why? I need 4 of what I ordered not 3 and 1 tire 4 inches bigger.

      I purchased tires from tire Agent and have had them on my car less than three months and I dont drive anywhere because I work from home and they may have 100 150 miles on them. I bought the extra expensive tires because they had a ****** mile warranty well now one separating and they refused to honor the #Warranty.

      We acknowledge your complaint regarding the hole in the inside of your right rear tire on the Prinx HIRACE HZ2 A/S tire that you purchased from us on July 15, 2024. We are sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you due to the tire losing air rapidly.

      When you contacted us about the issue on October 7, 2024, we requested that you fill out a warranty form. After reviewing the manufacturer's warranty policy for your tire, we confirmed that it does not come with road hazard protection. Your tire does have a ******-mile warranty; however, it only covers treadwear damage for up to ****** miles of use. This warranty does not cover road hazard damages such as cuts, punctures, pothole impacts, curb damage, or damage from road debris.

      You reached out to us on October 9 disputing the outcome of the warranty claim and submitted a work order from your installer, stating that the tire tread is coming apart from the inside and that these are defective tires. We reopened the case and presented the work order. However, the manufacturer requires additional documentation to determine if the tires qualify for warranty coverage due to a manufacturing defect.

      We requested this information from you, but we did not receive any response. As a result, we were unable to proceed with the claim process.       We acknowledge the urgency to update the address, however, since the order is already processed and it's financed, we are unable to change the shipping address. Instead, we offered to reroute the shipment to the nearest ***** Print and Ship location, which you declined. Despite the order being processed, we attempted to pull the order and make an exception for cancellation.

      I spoke with you later that same day and confirmed that we were able to cancel the order, thus preventing any potential return fees. Despite this, you continue to insist that there was an error on our website. Please know that our ordering process is self-serve, and we cannot alter the information entered by the customer nor would we know your previous address.  The error occurred due to your address autofill function of either your phone or computer and was not an error on our part.

      I simply do not accept this lame response and still blaming the customer for a error in there system  as I repurchased the tires again use an leasing agency I used before and this time it did not change my address  if you truly want to loose me as a customer for life keep putting them lies in your responses about me entering the wrong address  my auto fill was updated to my current address when I moved in back in July 2024.       I ordered 4 tires online from tireagent and used one of their financial services. They shipped the tires with ***** and the driver left them at a locked gate at the end of my driveway while no one was at home. When I got home that night there was no tires. These tires was dropped off at an unsecured location on the first attempt. When I checked out or was in the process of buying the tires and being redirected to their lender page I never seen anything about not being shipped with insurance or required signature. An order like that thats over $1000 plus if you dont pay it off early its like double the cost should be delivered with a signature and insured. Anything that *** ever ordered of value online has required a signature. Im being brushed off with file it with my homeowners insurance, not everyone has homeowners insurance and Im sure theyre not going to cover a package that was delivered to a unsecured location.

      I used the "vehicle fitment guide" on the website for **************************. On August 8th I purchased wheels/rims together with a set of summer and winter tires. An "installation kit" was included in my purchase of the wheels/rims and was labels "lug nuts FREE."I had one set of new tire mounted on the new wheels/rims and then installed them on my vehicle with the "kit (lug nuts) provided. I test drove the new wheels/rims and instantly knew there was a problem because the car drove as if it were a toy clown car - galloping and wobbling. I turned around in the first driveway I could (approx 100 yard from my home). I contacted TireAgent via chat and told the representative about the problem also indicating that I was worried that I over-torqued the lug nuts (I used a torque wrench to tighten the lug nuts to my car's specs).I took off each wheel and re-torqued them. I competed a 2nd test drive which yielded the same results. I decided to remove the wheels and put back on my original wheels and tires. However, some of the lug nuts were partially stripped and coming off of the studs. Four of the lug nuts were stuck and 2 broke while removing them and 2 more studs were totally stripped and unusable.After waiting two weeks for a repair appt, I had my car towed the a Tesla repair shop. I could not find a 3rd party repair shop willing to complete the repairs.I later learned from Tire Agent, that I needed a "centering ring/hub ring" because the "bore" on the wheels/rims was larger than the bore on my car. I learned that the ring/hub should have been included in my "installation kit" (see chat transcript).Tire Agent claims that I assumed responsibility for damage because I put the wheels on my car instead of bringing the car to a shop. Nowhere on their website does this say that this is a requirement. The "fitment" guide on their website at no point states that a ring/hub is needed for proper fitment. I am a consumer and not an expert and relied on their expertise.

      I ordered new wheels from tire agent after filling out their fitment guide on their website. When they arrived at my door step I took them to a professional tire installer and asked them to just try one rim and make sure it fit. The rim fit and so I told them to go ahead and mount my tires on them. They mounted one tire and installed the wheel and tire onto my truck and discovered that the tire rubs on the upper control arm. I told them not to proceed with the other 3 and to put my original wheel and tires back on. I contacted them to tell them about the tire rubbing and they said they needed a photo of my vin. I than contacted my *** dealership and found out that my truck needs to have a +24 offset and not a +30 offset that tire agent fitment guide said that would fit my truck. So after I contacted them Friday afternoon I didn't hear from them until late Monday asking for a photo of my vechile plate inside my door jamb as they didn't belive me that I was putting the correct tire size on the wheels I purchased from them, their fitment guide also suggested the same tires as I had and the same tire size from the manufacturer of my vehicle. They just send me emails saying that their so called team needs more information. I just want my money back since it was a mess up on their end! Their website says that no refund for wheels that have had tires mounted on them well I would not be able to see the tire rubbing on the control arm without the tire being mounted on to the wheel!. I'd like a refund plus the money i had to pay for the tire shop to mount and balance the new wheel and tire and also to remount the tire and balance on to my original wheel since the new wheel was the incorrect offset on their end. I have since ordered wheels from a different place so I'm not interested in an exchange only want my money back

      I purchased new tires from tire agent direct website. The tire selected and chosen were supposed to be run flat tires. I was recently in an accident, two separate mechanics at two separate shops have informed me that the tires purchased through them are not, again are NOT runflats tires. Run flats are supposed to have a beaded trim to help with support, these tires do not have that. This company scammed me out of $1,600 for tires that should have been run flats but most definitely are not. They are refusing to meet my AllState tire warranty, and refusing to reimburse for the cost of tires that are not correct.

      In addition, you purchased an Allstate warranty along with the tires. On September 24, we sent you the Allstate warranty form to the email address on file. However, we have not received your response.

      Again, even though they are claiming that they are run-flat tires, I have had three separate mechanics inform me that they are not run flat tires, they are liars and frauds. Again, I am no tire professional so when I ordered tires online, I expected those tires to be exactly as they were listed. Everything else is correct APART FROM the tires being run flat. Again, three separate mechanics have informed me since my accident that the tires are NOT run flat tires as the company is stating. The company is lying. Again, three separate mechanics have informed me since my recent accident that these are NOT run flat tires as they have listed on their page. The company is a scam.

      The Allstate warranty complaint form was sent, but then you guys informed me that it does not qualify for warranty so not only did I pay for a warranty, you guys are continuing to lie stating that you will now accept my information after telling me that I could not do that. The company is continuing to lie over and over and over again.

      On September 9, 2024, I made an online purchase of four tires from Tire Agent, which were delivered on September 11, 2024. Upon receiving the tires, I immediately noticed that they were not the correct size for my vehicle. I promptly contacted Tire Agent's support team to resolve the issue.Unfortunately, after being passed between various logistics coordinators, I am now facing a restocking fee and being told that I am at fault for ordering the incorrect size. This is inaccurate because Tire Agents website only displays one tire size for my vehicles make and model, and that was the size I selected at checkout. I have been informed that the order was somehow "changed," but I am being held responsible for an error that appears to be internal to their process.I requested an exchange of the tires, but was repeatedly told that Tire Agent does not honor exchanges. This contradicts the companys marketing claims that buying tires from them is supposed to be "painless, easy," and that customer satisfaction is their "top priority." Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite.I am requesting a full refund and expect not to be charged a restocking fee for returning the incorrect tires that were shipped to me. Additionally, I wish to terminate any current and future transactions with this company.

      You placed an order on September 9, 2024, and utilized the shop-by-vehicle option on the Tire Agent website to search for tires for a 2016 Chevrolet Traverse LTZ. Despite the website suggesting a tire size of 255/55/R20, the tires added to the cart were size 235/55/R20, which is listed under the other available sizes section on the webpage. This section specifically states, "Before selecting a different size, please make sure it fits your vehicle." The order confirmation email also stated the tire size as 235/55/R20.

      We apologize for any confusion. Tire Agent offers free shipping on orders, but we do not cover the cost of return shipping for orders in which the customer ordered the wrong size or item. During our phone conversation today, September 27, 2024, we offered you a significant  amount of discount on the return shipping fees, which you declined.
