      August-2023 I financed eight tires and six of them didn't show up at all regardless of tracking that's not accurate! I've reached out to this company several times from August 2023-Jan2024 without a resolution. I've spoken with several different agents sending police reports, titles to vehicle,pictures of home and so much more documentation just to get the run around or someone being condescending such as ******* (which hung up on me in November) and the manager by the name of **** is unpredictable, condescending and disrespectful. I have asked for a return label back in August to send back the two tires I received that I don't want or need without any lock and now the return time frame has past because they aren't conducting business right and the lady ****** was out sick and now no longer works at the company like that's my fault! I have made payments on two tires I don't want or need and never received the others but expect customers to pay for what they don't have or want not this customer! **** has been very disrespectful and condescending in email and pulling the gaslighting, manipulation and reverse psychology tactics that doesn't work on me. **** (The lead management) email has been attached to the email with ****** from day one but asking for the same things that has been sent several times for several months now. Also the tires in question has been recalled and the ones that showed up arent even what I ordered and look used. I'm at the point of turning everything over to my attorneys and allow a judge to decide. Tire agent sent the wrong tires as the two I did receive aren't what I ordered plus asked for a return label and refund back in August 2023 without luck plus told them to cancel the protection Plans and didn't receive the air/Ibs either for the tires also the tires have recalls on them and the other eight no idea where they're didn't come to me as I stated. Also the two tires that did show up are used and not brand new as purchased!

      We have records that show that on August 22, 2023, you placed an order for eight tires, specifically four ****** Grand Sport P255/45R19 and four Lexani LXHT-206 275/60R20. On August 28, 2023 you reached out to us and mentioned that only three out of the eight tires were delivered to you, which included one Lexani and two ******************. This means that you are missing a total of five tires.
       
      We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Regarding the ******************, we are sorry to hear that they *** have been stolen. However, our records indicate that the ***** Proof of Delivery (PPOD) shows that 4 ****************** were accurately delivered to the address entered at checkout on TireAgent.com. We have filed a lost shipment claim with ***** for the missing tires. However, ***** has concluded that the shipment was accurately delivered to the right address. Concerning the Lexani tires, we received a screenshot of the doorbell camera dated September 1, 2023, showing that they were delivered. However, the delivery of the Lexani tires took place on August 24, 2023. Additionally, the ***** PPOD for the Lexani tires shows a pickup truck, which matches the pickup truck that you used to search for tire size on your order.
       
      Regarding the recall issue with our warehouse's batch of ******************, we sent you an email  on December 7,2023 stating that you *** have purchased tires that *** be part of this recall. We requested photos of the full tire sidewalls, including the *** number, and a close-up of the barcode on the tire bead. We have not received your response to date.

      This isn't true the doorbell camera picture sent clearly shows what I received on two different occasions which I submitted myself, also I can't send pictures of tires I don't have also the two tires that showed up I've asked your company for a return label the same day in August which I never received! As far as my search history on tires for the vehicle was for my truck however the picture from ***** isn't mine or the right driveway I've also sent that proof into your company and the other finance company! All the tries weren't delivered to the correct address at all. Also the two tires I received are used tires and I did purchase brand new and they aren't even the tires I paid for another reason I wanted a return label.

      I went on this website to order tires. It asked for the make model and year of my vehicle. I took my tires to be placed on my car and they were the wrong size. Tires never been used and according the website the information I gave them about my vehicle it said that the size tires I received was the only size the manufacturer says goes on my car. The supervisor ****** question me like I was a liar. Asked me to give him my Vin number told me my vin was for a different car than what I said I had. Then he said he's not saying it was their fault but they can only give me a 50% off the return and that they don't do exchange only returns. I asked for 100% return fee because I was going on what their website said my tire size was. So that's what I ordered.

      I was sent the wrong tires by tire agent. I ordered a set of Michelin defender2 tires and was sent a cheaper set of Michelin sport a/s instead. I contacted tireagent and they issued me return labels to return the incorrect tires. The employee from tire agent told me to leave the tires on my front porch since its the holidays and no one is home. I have video evidence of ***** arriving and picking up all four tires. The ***** tracking shows the returned tires arrived at your warehouse on 12/13/2023. I was suppose to be sent a replacement which never arrived so I asked for a refund and the employee is not responding.

      I bought 4 tires from them and two of them arrived bowled and the first dealer that I took the tires to mount and balance informed me that that they were unable to balance the back two tires. So, I went to another dealer to have them balance them. Thats when I was informed that they were bowled and it would take to much weight to properly balance the back two tires. Keep in mind once you mount the tires you cant return them. I informed tire agent to try and do a warranty claim. I jump through those hoops including taking pictures of tread depth with a gauge and other monotonous procedures. Just for them to tell me that I would have to buy two new tires from them once those come in I would have to send the damaged tires back for them to inspect. If they approve the warranty they would issue me a credit minus the shipping. I dont mind sending the tires back its having to spend another $500-700 on two new tires and have those mounted. Remember once mounted you cant return them. So, if they approve my warranty Im still out that money because they only offer a credit. So, im not only the amount of the two new tires but Im out the money it cost to mount and balance the first set which I had to go to two dealers to do so and have the new ones minutes and balance

      Upon review, you reached out to us and informed us about the issue on  December 12, 2023, and we requested that you fill out the warranty form. We appreciate your cooperation when we asked for additional items we need to open your warranty claim. We immediately presented your claim to your tire manufacturer and they approved it for inspection which will require your tire to be returned for warranty inspection to ensure that the issue your tire is experiencing falls within the guidelines of their warranty. Most manufacturers don't issue replacement tires once your claim is approved, they will only provide credits that will be passed on to you as a form of refund back to the original form of payment you used for the tires.This is a standard procedure for all manufacturer warranty-related claims.

      I purchased 4 winter tires for my vehicle. The merchant website stated the tire size for my car was different than the actual size. I requested a refund because the tires that were sent to me were too small. They refused to exchange or return them. They have never been mounted or altered in anyway. The vehicle mounted sticker was what corresponded with the actual tire size. ******* I spoke to told me there was no way the system they use is wrong. She even asked for my VIN and stated the same thing.

      You placed an order for tires on December 2, 202, using your vehicle information, a 2019 ***** 3 Sedan. After review, we found that your vehicle was manufactured with only one possible tire size, 205/60/16. We do apologize if there was any confusion however, the Tire Agent has no way of knowing what tire size your vehicle came with only the options provided by the manufacturer.

      After the order has been processed, we cannot change the item. If you want to get a different item and the order has been processed, this will have to go through the return process. Our return policy is if your item is not used or mounted and balanced, and in its original condition (packaging, stickers, etc) you are eligible for a return within 30 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for return fees if the return is not a result of Tire Agents error.

      Per the company customer service team, the system they use is never wrong. I do have photos proving that the system is wrong. The attached photographs confirm my vehicle identification number (VIN) as well as the factory applied tire/tire size. (This system is preventing me from attaching them) The customer service representative. I spoke to told me they will refuse to take back the tires due to the stickers being removed. The tires have never been used. They have never been mounted, balanced, or filled with air. There is absolutely no cosmetic flaws. The stickers were removed because the tires were going to be mounted. So the mechanic removed the stickers from the tires. We realize that the tires were not of proper size and did not attempt to mount them. I am looking for either a full reimbursement or an exchange for the proper tire size.

      Nov 16 order rim and sensor online. Later that day attempt to cancel said already shipped. Would have to pay to ship back. But two tracking numbers show hadnt been sent. Recvd nov22. I contacted to get return shipping label given a discount code. It didnt work I had to call 3 times given three diff codes. Finally Dec 6 a code worked. I paid for return labels. Then told to take pic of items before they would give a return label. I had already paid. But instructions say if not in original packaging they wouldnt get a refund. I didnt open package so took pic of unopened packages. Was told if I didnt send pic of items they would not send return labels. Company makes every attempt to not issue refund. Website instructions for refund is misleading. Paying for return labels upfront and no guarantee if refund will be issued because still a process after items received. Told it would take 5 to 6 weeks AFTER company gets items before refund issued. Return label cost with discount was *****

      You placed an order for  1X  Motiv Street - 436B Margin 18X7.5 using the search by size option and a TPMS sensor on November 16, 2023. We understand the need to cancel the order called the following day November 18th because you ordered the. To ensure fast delivery,  our warehouses begin pulling and loading orders shortly after orders are placed thats why all cancelation requests must be made within an hour. Cancellation requests made more than 1 hour after the order was placed are treated as a return where return and restocking fees apply. We apologize for the processing delay due to technical errors brought about by the shipping fee discount that we gave you.

      Thank you for sending the requested photos. As part of our return process for wheels, it is required that all wheels are returned in their original protective packaging, we will still accept wheels regardless if the box was opened or not as long as it still has the original protective packing. At this point,  we already contacted our warehouse to begin the first steps in your return and you will receive an update within 1- 2 business days.

      I just got there tires 3 days prior to the to 4 bubbles forming on the side wall of my buick lesabre limited rear passenger tire to the point it is not drivable

      ***** the *** called me with the solution of me going to get the tire to a repair shop before they want to do anything , sad that this company is so desperate for 55 dollars that they are trying every way to not help me . They outsource the call center because the cannot afford to pay a decent wage . They work for Pennys , this is a sad company that I will Never use again Horrible experience I have bought tired for 2 cars and the last purchase one of the tires seems to have a manufacturers default , driven less than 20 miles it is unable to hold air like the other 3 , they told me to go through the manufacturer even though they sold me a defective tire, on my purchase wish list I was going to spend another **** in the next month on tires , now I will take my business elsewhere , horrible horrible customer service

      When filing a warranty claim, the defective tire needs to be presented to the manufacturer. Upon review, you reported that one of the tires seemed to be defective with no visible damage and for this, a mechanic's help would be vital to identify what's causing the tire to leak air as it could be as simple as a valve. Thus we requested that you bring the tire to the installer and fill out the warranty form however you refused to go back to the installer's place and fill out the form that is a requirement for the warranty claim. 
      We are more than willing to help you in getting a replacement tire. In order for us to move forward with a replacement, we need to have the tire diagnosed by a reputable tire shop.

      I purchased tires for this company and financed them. Order #: *********** The tires were delivered to the wrong address. The picture fed ex sent me was not a picture of my house. Fed ex finally admitted to the shipment was lost. Tire Agent is refusing to refund money to leasing company. They are trying to force me to buy new tires or they send replacement tires. I told them I do not want tires from them since it was a big mess from start.This is unacceptable. I did not receive those tires and they are refusing to refund finance company for tires I never received. Fed ex showed them proof it was delivered to the wrong address, yet they won't refund money.       You placed an order  for 4x Pirelli - Scorpion All Season Plus 3  275/50R22 on October 28, 2023 .The tires were delivered on October 31st and you reached out to us via email on the same day advising us that you did not receive your order. We immediately submitted a lost shipment claim and opened an investigation with ***** on your behalf. ***** closed the case as correctly delivered, however, we figured while the proof of delivery shows the correct address, the picture shows a different house. Consequently, we immediately offered replacement tires when it was initially stated the urgent need for the tires in the email that we received on October 31st, and it was stated again that you needed them ASAP when we received the email response on November 5th. You suddenly changed your mind and instead, you asked for a refund when we reached out to confirm delivery options for the replacement tires.

      Tire Agent's main responsibility is to secure the order from our warehouse to the courier. Any issue with the delivery is beyond our control but in this case, we still offer replacement assistance for items lost in shipment and would consider a refund if you can provide proof of purchase. You said that you didn't need the tires anymore and only needed them for a road trip the previous week (Week beginning *****) when you  stated the following week on November 5th that you still wanted the tires and needed them ASAP. We would still help with a refund as soon  as you send a receipt for your  purchase of replacement tires.

      I purchased four tires on their website which clearly stated they would be delivered by the 21st to a company that would exchange the tires for me for an additional $30 fee per tire.... Immediately I saw that something was wrong when I was told that ***** could not read a barcode on two tires.... Interesting as I'm reading all the ok there reviews with the exact same issue..... I don't believe you ever had the four tires in stock... I don't believe that I was ever going to receive them all on the 21st of the month... I asked to cancel the order but I was told that they already shipped so I'm not allowed to cancel the order... HOWEVER, I ORDERED 4 TIRES.... Not TWO tires.... I want a refund and I do not want to use your company ever again in the future... With your poor Better Business Bureau ratings I can't even believe that you are still a functioning company... Cancel my order take your TWO tires back which I still haven't received by the way.... and give me my money!!! The reason most people order tires is because their car is unsafe without them.... so the longer that you hesitate in providing the product that you've offered... The longer WE drive unsafe!!!!
