            I signed up for Ro under the impression that if my insurance would not be accepted I would be given a full refund. They said they would cancel my membership but my initial signup payment is not refundable. I feel that is is false advertising and this place is a scam.

            Wish I could do zero stars. They charge you $99 upfront for what they say is the first month's supply. Went through the process of doing bloodwork and adding my insurance info. a month later they come back and say my insurance will not cover and that the first month would be $495. I declined to pay and asked they cancel my membership and refund the original $99 that the site said would all I have to pay for the first month. After roughly ********************************************************************************************************** their legal department. I never heard back about that but I did get an email refunding my money. Sure does feel shady as h*** to me. Oh and I went to my Dr today and they informed me that Ozempic is in fact covered through my insurance and I just picked up my first month's supply for a simple copay. RO IS A SCAM
