    Horrible company never gave me anything I paid 99.00$. Before I got anything I tried to cancel but they never responded to me.

    This automatically came out of my account and I have no clue what this company even does. Have reported this to PayPal and canceled any further payments as I have no clue what this company even is. I have medical insurance.

    TOTAL & COMPLETE SCAM, THERANOS 2.0!!!!!!! For the love of GOD, don't walk, run far away from this HOAX!!!!!!! They never provided any of my results, FRAUD!!!!!!! Honest to God I CAN'T REMEMBER EVER WRITING A NEGATIVE REVIEW!!! I usually brush things off easily, I'm pretty easy going, but this is just too much and I want to warn other women out there (especially if you are trying for a baby) before you subject yourself to more than 7 HOURS OF STRESS & ANXIETY bythis absolute sham of a company without ever providing any of my results to me (normal or not normal), which is what this company made me do, & trust me the stress doesn't help your chance of conception. This incompetent and useless ABSOLUTE FRAUD of a company sent me a code that was already redeemed. If you have been trying for ababy as long as I have with every supp, tincture,tea, powder, acupuncture, fertility cups, preseed, fertility ******************* under the sun, every month that goes by is a massive disappointment. I figured this should be an easy fix for them, especially since it WAS THEIR ************* should easily be able to tell me either "normal" or "not normal" via phone, snail mail, email, whatever. AFTER MANY EMAILS BACK & FORTH WITH THEM ASKING ME FOR PURCHASE INFO PICS & ABOUT 10 OTHER PICS THEY WANTED INCLUDING ALL THE BARCODES, they said that BECAUSE THEY SENT ME THE WRONG CODE THAT THERE IS NO WAY POSSIBLE THAT THEY CAN PROCESS THE BLOOD TEST THAT I CORRECTLY SENT IN AND THEY INCORRECTLY SENT ME THE WRONG CODE. Oh really? You can't give me a quick call or send snail mail or god forbid even create another code just to tell me if my result is normal or not normal? They told me I can just STAB MY FINGERS again next month on cycle day 3. I told them I would rather walk into oncoming traffic. I trust them about as far as I can throw them. THEY CAN TAKE THAT REFUND AND SHOVE IT.

    This is the most unprofessional health organization I’ve ever dealt with. I bought the 2 day blood test and shipped it back in their supplied UPS overnight package only to find out that UPS could not deliver blood samples because *****, the recipient, was “ON VACATION” (and that’s well into January). Now days later my samples are worthless, and ***** has no idea why they didn’t accept their own shipments. Got my $ refunded and a lame apology for something they do not know the root cause of. My time for the 2 days of blood sampling is time I can never get back. All I wanted to know is where my 60 year old body was at, what sort supplements I could benefit from now. As stated by others, Buyer Beware. No trust now, I will never be back and will warn friends and followers about this sloppy manner of handling these samples. One can extrapolate that this lack of tight processes extends across the organization.

    I lost all trust with Modern Fertility! I've been having a horrible experience with customer service. I sent my blood sample and waited for more than 3 weeks, almost 1 month, and didn't get any kind of communication or update, not via email nor via their platform. I emailed customer service asking for my results, they apologize because they "forgotten" to communicate that my samples arrived but couldn't be processed. They didn't realized that my blood samples were sitting there for a moth and didn't bother to communicate at all. Now, since I lost trust as how serious they are with handling their business, and most importantly my samples and personal data (so private and sensitive information). I requested my money back, but instead of owning their mistake and giving me a refund, they want to push me to retest. I wish I could give "0" starts to this business! It's really a waist of energy, time and money!
