    Date of Transaction 8/11/2023 10:00 am Website states orders placed on a business day before 2 pm are shipped the same day. I did not receive a tracking number or confirmation email yet. I see complaints here about shipping also.

    The camera is not available and experiences a lead time as listed on the website. We can update customers shipping to overnight once it comes in (Just to try to make him happy even though he is in ********) or we can cancel the order.  please advise.

    In Dec. of 2021 our nonprofit purchased a surveillance camera from this company for $655. The camera arrived and was installed but would not focus. I was told I had to send the camera back, which I did. I asked for a refund but was told the camera would be repaired and returned to me. I waited and waited. I have sne multiple emails and made numerous calls and was strung along and told my refund would be forthcoming.
