      The camera is not available and experiences a lead time as listed on the website. We can update customers shipping to overnight once it comes in (Just to try to make him happy even though he is in ********) or we can cancel the order.  please advise.

      In Dec. of 2021 our nonprofit purchased a surveillance camera from this company for $655. The camera arrived and was installed but would not focus. I was told I had to send the camera back, which I did. I asked for a refund but was told the camera would be repaired and returned to me. I waited and waited. I have sne multiple emails and made numerous calls and was strung along and told my refund would be forthcoming.       Purchased a RSV **** Blind Spot sensor system for my 2020 ***** Silverado pickup and after installing the unit and it does not work.Called tec support and was told it will not work in metal bumpers.No where does it say in the instruction or on their site dies it say this and after spending almost ****** I have a system that does not work and they refuse to take it back.

      ******* in our customer service team spoke with this customer (2/15/2022) who advised well after a month and already stripping wires to install this that he called RVS Yesterday (2/15/2022) to confirm with them that this does not work for his Truck. Customer states that it did not say anywhere in the Manual, Instructions or our website that this did not work with his model truck. I then asked the customer if the Manual, instructions or website advised that it did work with his truck. Customer stated no, it does not state that either. Yet the customer proceeded to strip the wire and prep the unit for install. I advised the customer that unfortunately, due to the fact that this was altered for install and past our 30 day return policy, that we could not take this back. Customer then hung up the phone. Within 10 minutes, the customer called back and got ***** on the line who proceeded to tell the customer the same as I had.Customer was rude during the call and kept insisting that we NEED to take this back. After advising the customer again that He did not contact us or RVS prior to ordering to confirm that it would work with his truck, already altered the product and being past our 30 day return policy, that there was nothing that can be done. Customer then hung up again.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

      nowhere does it say check with seller to see if comparable with your vehicle and nowhere does it say might not work on vehicles with steel pumpers.

      I drilled several hole to install this unit only to find out it did not work.

      I called the seller and they confirmed it would not work on my vehicle.

      after checking other manufactures and other brands they had the decency to spell it out on their web site theres would not work on metal bumpers.

      Your customer rep said I did not contact you before I installed the unit and nowhere does it say contact you before you buy or install.

      You sold me a ****** dollar piece of junk and your customer support said so sad too bad.

      Every other business I have dealt with have stepped up and acknowledge their mistake and made an attempt to rectify it.

      Not you.

      I buy 100K worth of products a year and this is by far the worse company I have com across to date.

      we can not take back used  drilled equipment that the customer made holes in . it was the customer responsibility to make sure he was buying the right products for his exact specific application , further to that it was the customer responsibility to verify with the manufacture that it would work with his application as he had specific requirements such as metal bumpers which he now talks about. it is clear in our policy that we do not take back used  and modified goods.  It clearly states on our site for returns - Goods must be returned in the same condition as they were received, in the original box, and include all packing materials, documentation, and accessories. Sorry , we can not help further . thank you.

      Surveillance Video Sold me defective speaker, I have returned it back for refund. However, they still have not issued refund, and they're making ** excuse "packaging was folded". RMA-******, Tracking number for the return **************. I would like to get full refund immediately!

      This was returned in a plain box, no original Manufacturer packaging. This voids the *** so we advised the customer that it would need to go in for repair as that was the only option, This was eventually shipped back to the customer on 8/25/2021 via ***** ****************** ..so the customer received this unit back to him, so ee no longer have this unit and it cannot be refunded at this time, as this order is over 6 months old..and the customer has it.

      In speaking with customer service in whom you were dealing with , they advised the following:

      Customer sent back just the unit alone thrown in a box.
      He did not have the original box, and no accessories and nomanuals either.
      He also cut his information off of the return labelincluding the *** number so it took a while to figure out who this went to.
      We have pictures of how he returned it as well.
      We cannot even sell this as B stock as it ismissing equipment.
