    Got my first two item a** in the mail. One was great one was not for me. A quick call to customer service and I had a return shipping label in my email. Was only in the *** Store for less than a minute and the return was done.

    There amazing out of the many many orders Ive had I only had one issue and it wasnt with the company it was with shipping which is not on bespoke but they responded In less than ****************************************************************************** to the far future

    I havent even received my first shipment but just based on the customer service Ive experienced with the text hotline is top tier. They even shipped me a brand new package when I mistakenly had the first one shipped to an old address across the state. 10/10

    Ive subscribed to Bespoke Post for years. Ive received a lot of great stuff from them. My family have gotten many great gifts as well. The quality of the products is outstanding. Lots of variety too. Ive only had one problem, not Bespoke Posts fault, on the contrary. I recently had a delivered package go missing in a community mailroom. When I contacted the Post, they immediately sent out a replacement. Just excellent customer service. I highly recommend ********************** if youre looking for high quality products and gifts.

    I have subscribe to Bespoke monthly boxes with clothes, outdoor gear and other items of interest to me. I can accept the box, swap it out for another box or cancel any delivery for that month. There is no minimum on the number of boxes you have to accept shipment on per year. If the items in the box are not what you expected then you can ship them back. They also have extra deals on items outside of the monthly boxes.Recently Bespoke asked me to wrote a review for an item I didnt receive. I wrote a review with 1 star and stated that they should not ask for a review unless the product has been shipped as I didnt receive the box.Within one day I received an email and was assigned a representative to remedy the issue. They fast tracked my order and I received it within three days. My rating for Bespoke now goes back to five stars and I look forward to future, no commitment monthly boxes.I love the options I get and recommend Bespoke to anyone else who is interested in this type of gear which caters to men, and if you have an issue theyll address it immediately.
