  Bespoke Post is my single favorite internet shopping experience. Not only do they consistently find excellent small batch and small business items but they have a Customer experience service second to none. They are extremely fast, courteous and responsive at all days and hours and they are always willing to go the extra mile to make the customer satisfied. On several occasions I have suggested they might have an explosive business opportunity if they were so sell their customer service style to other businesses. Keep the great goods and service coming Bespoke Post!

  I was wondering what bespoke was all about. I went to there website and signed up. A month later I decided I didn't want the member. So I thought I canceled it. Then I see one morning that they had taken money out for a box. When I contacted ***************** I was informed that they could not cancel the order and refund the money. Even though the box had not shipped. Then I informed them that I had moved. And they still sent it to the wrong address. They did finly cancel my subscription after I complained.

  I LOVE LOVE this company! Any company that has great products with great customer service is a 5 Star for me! I have been with them for a couple years now and have just about every issue pop up, whether it is a return, a product was damaged, just after purchase or a box I just didn't like, they have been there for me!! Their customer service has always been on point and answered every question or concern in a timely manner! I am a purchaser for the company I work for, so I know a lot about customer service and how lack thereof it is out there, but these guys are great!! :)Now, let's talk about their products they offer! How coo for one company to offer so many different options for really neat ideas and gifts. I literally started this journey with the weekender bag as a gift to my then boyfriend, now husband, and I still do this for him every month! If something pops up that I am not sure about, I get him involved in picking it, if nothing really tickles us, we just skip that month, no biggie!! Thank you so much for selling to us from the little companies that are trying to get their products recognized!!! :) Again, thank you for all you do!!! :):)

  I am very careful about the subscriptions I sign up for, particularly ones with curated contents. I've found it pretty common that it's hard to skip or adjust or pause, and then they become a headache (when subscribing should be more convenient, not less). And then content is pretty poor quality oftentimes as well. I've stuck with Bespoke for ages now, though, because it does make it straightforward to skip or swap the box you want; and whenever I am able to ************ I am able to find one that suits my needs quite easily. I've been very happy with every order, and their customer service is quite kind, helpful, and responsive.And no, this is not a sponsored review. :)

  Bespoke Post has wonderful products and exceptional customer support. I recently received one of their boxes that had been damaged during the shipping process. They were easy to contact, quick to respond, and resolved my issue by not only replacing the broken items in my package but resending a whole box. I was very pleasantly surprised and will definitely recommend Bespoke Post to my friends.
