    The staff is unresponsive. I have been effectively shadowbanned (staff claims shadowbanning is not real but my account features and visibility have been limited for no reason) and have received no response from the team. Moreover I have also had blogs terminated for no reason and had to spam them with help tickets to receive any kind of response.

    On April 2, 2025, my blog on Tumblr of 10+ was terminated. After following all of the given steps to contact support and wait, I have not received a response (automated or otherwise) regarding the termination. This has come after a wave of layoffs by Tumblrs parent company, Automattic, which I am sure led to an increase in bot-led moderation on the site. As someone who uses a VPN occasionally, I have learned that such IPs may be marked by Tumblrs spam filters and terminated. However, using a VPN itself is not against Tumblrs terms of use, and there is no warning given before your blog is completely removed from the platform. It has been frustrating to have no way to contact the remaining support staff directly to see if my ticket has been received, or if there is an *** on a reinstatement. Losing 13 years of posts, drafts, etc., has been an absolute nightmare. I can only hope that the eventually an email will come through from Support after waiting an initial week and a half to hear back. Such poor customer support reflects terribly on the way Tumblr is headed.

    I am starting a digital gnostic church called *********** of ****** Within' (Hammadism) for seekers following the Nag Hammadi scriptures to learn about the unvarnished testimony of ***** ******. Tumblr banned my account. Not only did they ban my account, I purchased the url "*******************" from them and never got a refund or a reason why they canceled my account. I'd like my $12.00 back and an explanation. I live in the *************, I have freedom of religion - especially when the religion is based around ancient texts that were subjugated to destruction throughout all of history until unearth from ***********, *****. This church I a organizing means so much to me; I want it to mean something to someone else too. I am never plan on revealing who I am behind the church - hence the tumblr - a site where I can express my religion.

    emails sent out about a blog terminated upon first creation, editing code for blog. no posts, instantly deleted. its been one week since any email has been sent through support. help is not coming. new blog was hidden from tags, likes, and dashboard and nothing i post is showing ********************** and ************************ no emails, over a week turnover, not a single response to any tickets.

    To whom it may concern,The issues are that I have made many complaints and raised many issues and my reports and emails go without any reply. It has been over a week since I have asked this business for help, using every other avenue before coming here. I want a reply from the business to my complaints emails. This is a lack of good business practices and they are not doing their due diligence to address these specific issues I have complained about. I want the company to actually reply to me, and respond to my emails like an upstanding business would. Thank you for your time****

    My account on ********************** has been shadow banned because I made an opinion that while not neccesarily qualifies as hate speech but is on the contraversial side of things. terf accounts exist on tumblr, I should have the right to express my opinion in a respectful manner, this shadow ban has affected my account for months with little to no regard on how it impacts my ability to use tumblr as a whole, I have submitted a support ticket and have not received a response, I am being discriminated against based on my opinion.

    I have had my blog w Tumblr for 10+ years that was deleted without any explanation. I have spent weeks trying to get a hold of someone but have not had any correspondence. I have spent money on this platform such as on "blaze" and to have this happen is unacceptable.My blog is milf-zone.I need someone to contact me about this

    I had a blog on Tumblr (********************) for close to years and it was recently terminated for per their message to us:"We've terminated your Tumblr account for spam or using your blog with the primary purpose of affiliate marketing and deceptive means to generate traffic/revenue. Per the policies you agreed to when creating your account, ********************** prohibits such activity."We were not given any warning or opportunity to backup our blog; they just deleted it. We find this to be highly suspicious as we did not break any of their terms they allege and were using the blog to build community in Tumblr no different than the following accounts:******************************************************************* ************************************************************************** ********************************************************************************************************* ************************************************************************************************************* **************************************************************************************************** It cost us approximately $5,000 (conservative estimate) over the course of 10 years for all the creative content that we no longer have access to or for them to restore our account so we may be able to download it and move it,We ask to be compensated if we are not able to backup our blog and for the above mentioned accounts to be terminated immediately (as well as others).Thank you,***

    At this time, I have not been contacted by Tumblr regarding complaint ID ********. I have emailed them several times and believe they are acting in very discriminatory fashion and singled us out for not real reason. They should be investigated for unfair practices. We did not break any guidelines and were not spamming or using affiliate links at all? We made clear that the Tumblr blog was for bolstr and linked back to our site. We did nothing different than the other brands we referenced. We do feel this is discriminatory at this point.

    If were were spamming or breaking any rules they assisted us by letting us advertise and request that we be refunded for all advertising in full.

    my tumblr account is 11 years old and it has slowly stopped working over the course of the last month, i have emailed tumblr support a few times with no response, and on july 17/2023 it was terminated with no explanation. im devastated and desperate to save 11 years of saved an archived content. a small list of things that suddenly stopped working before my account was terminated -the messaging tab/bubble suddenly disappeared and when i tried to message someone directly from their blog it was not able to -my asks were no longer able to send -the search option on my blog did not work, but worked on other peoples blogs just fine -i could not longer send replies on other peoples posts or my own -i no longer showed up on the notes of posts i reblogged or liked -i check to make sure my blog wasn't marked as nsfw (it wasn't)-all my asks in my inbox disappeared (i day before it was terminated)-all my posts and likes suddenly disappeared (about 1 hour before my blog was terminated)i also documented a few of these assurances with photos with tumblr support with no response can someone please please please look into this! im desperate to save my blog!
