SBG funding has been texting and emailing me relentless for months now despite multiple requests to stop. They are sending me repeated offers for 'business funding' despite me never asking for such, and I have no reason to want funding. They also repeatedly send me Docusign links trying to lure me into signing a committment for such funding. I have repeatedly asked them to stop but they persist. I have complained to Docusign about this abuse as well. Their actions have cluttered up my phone and email and wasting my time as a practicing physician.

I am filing a formal complaint against SBG Funding and Expansion Capital Group for deceptive practices, misrepresentation, and mishandling of personal and financial information. My experience with these companies has left me feeling stripped of my privacy, misled, and deeply concerned about their business ethics.I initially applied for a $10,000 loan with SBG Funding. Instead of approving the requested amount, I was offered $9,200 with payments of $1,800 a month for seven months. This was completely unacceptable to me, and I clearly communicated my disagreement with these.terms.2. Revised Offers and Misleading Communication:After expressing my dissatisfaction, I received an email from ***** ****** stating that they wanted to earn my business and were revising the offer. She presented two options:-Option 1: $9,200 with $1,800 monthly payments.*Option 2: $4,600 with $900 monthly payments. On Monday, I contacted SBG Funding to accept Option 2, as it better fit my needs. However, the representative I spoke to informed me that he needed to consult with the underwriters. See Attachment with details
