Summary: The date of the bill issued was 12/8/23 and 12/10/23. I was charged $843 post insurance deduction, when they said it would only cost around $40-50. Its not a procedure I needed to do (allergy test), so they were lying to me to get it done and charge me more than they said it would. On top of that, I didnt want to come back for the third visit, but ******** said that it will be no charge. Now they are denying that conversation and force me to pay. SCAM.I tried to communicate with the billing, she kept denying and lying, refusing to work together, and kept on saying Im hanging up. So rude and nasty!I'm absolutely livid and need to inform others about the rip-off of this doctor's ******* Went in for a simple skin irritation and they suggest an allergy patch test. "How much?" I ask, thinking it's a no-brainer, but no, they hit me with a whopping $800 bill later (with insurance)! They had the nerve to say it'd be around $50. What a joke! When I call up billing, they give me this nonsense about not trusting the doctor or nurse on prices. Seriously? Since when do patients have to double-check costs with billing in the middle of a doctor's visit? This is just ridiculous. What are you gonna say? Hey doc, though you said that it might not cost much, let me call your billing department to see if you actually know.I didnt want to do it. I didnt need to do it. Only reason I did it WAS because they said it wont cost much, and its interesting to learn what you are allergic to.******** told me the doctor made a mistake asking me to come back 2 days after the test - it should be more than 3 days. I said its ok just wipe it off please. She asked me to stop by the third day for no charge. The receptionist even said she will take it off from the system (she didnt). Now they are denying that conversation ever happened and said its standard procedure to have 2 visits for reading after the allergy test. Right, you need to read it twice ??. ??
