    I am really unhappy with the tickets we purchased from the cruise terminal in ***** on August 23rd . We felt both lied to and deceived. We were told by the saleswoman in the terminal that the buses run all day and that we could easily take the yellow line to see the Mdina and the red line to see the blue grotto.When we got on the bus we were held there for at least 20 minutes as the salesman wouldn't let the bus leave as it was easy to see her was receiving commission for every ticket sold. This was particularly clear when he got mad and started telling at patrons bc the walked of the bus due to it being overcrowded.Sadly we found out too late as we were lucky enough to catch the 4ish pm yellow bus at ****** Little did we know this was the last bus and we would have been stranded had we missed this bus. It was on this bus that we inquired about catching the red line at the port, only to be told the buses are done for the day and 4pm is the last bus. How deceiving are the sales people who lie and omit important information just to make a sale. I would like my money refunded for the 5 tickets purchased bc sadly we didn't get to see anything we wanted to today. I patiently wait your response, until leaving a review on ******, TripAdvisor and ********. Thank you.

    The company sold me four tickets to hop on hop off bus routes. Not once was I told I had to redeem at a certain spot. Instead I was told to hop on anywhere. Every single time my group tried to hop on, the bus was too full and we couldnt use it. Again, the driver did not say I had to go to a certain spot to redeem. Now, they are refusing a refund.

    This company hides behind fake names.  Ive included the email with the tickets purchased. 

     Ive also included the email where they rejected my request for a refund.

    We bought three tickets city bus tour Hop-On Hop-Off. We did the reservations on December 20. for a tour on January 11-2023. We decided to cancel on December 25, but the agency refuses to refund the money. $147.00. Please help!
