    My complaint is this store did not honor the terms of coupons it began publishing after 9/18.On 10/6, prior to item purchase, I presented the attached coupon to the store clerk for purchase of 1 bottle of still wine. The coupon promises a 35% discount off regular price permanently & forever. The regular price for this bottle is $16.99.The clerk took the coupon to the owner /owner's son for review. The owner /owners son refused to discount the wine at 35%, stating that the offer requires a minimum purchase of $250.The attached coupons from 9/28, 10/4 and 10/6 make no reference to a minimum purchase to qualify for 35% discount on all still wines. These coupons do state that minimum delivery order [is] $250.Ultimately, the clerk discounted the wine at 30%. This is the discount promised for still wine on coupons prior to 9/28, like the one attached. Note that older coupons closely resemble new coupons issued after 9/18: no minimum purchase to qualify for discount, only a minimum delivery order.
