      I was sent the wrong product. I reached out to the company and originally asked for a refund because I thought it would be easier. The wrong item I received is worth less than what I paid for the item I should have received. My package was completely ripped upon delivery to me. I reached out again to the company because they said they would give me a credit once they receive back the wrong product. I don't want to pay for a new package. I asked to just send the dress I originally purchased and I received no response over several days I had contacted. I can send back the wrong item after they send me my dress. I don't trust this company the emails are automated and they have a number to contact but it just says to email them. Please contact me and send out the original item I purchased. I feel scammed.

      I notified Bruno Magli that the shoes received a day earlier appeared to have been used. When I requested a replacement pair, I was told that the "sale was final."

      This complaint has not been sent to the correct entity. Our company used to manage ************** and operate under a DBA through 2022, but we are no longer affiliated with Bruno Magli. I have attached a screenshot of the Terms of Use from *************** showing the correct entity (based out of ********). That URL is *******************************************************. As we were not the merchant of record for this customer's order, we are unable to assist.

      misinformation. Had I known these were women sneakers UPFRONT I would not have purchased!! They lied to get my money and now are refusing to refund me. Why not tell me these are women sneakers up front? Why would I buy my son WOMEN SNEAKERS? A woman 11 and mens 11 is TOTALLY DIFFERENT!! AND THEY KNEW THAT. I HAVE TEXT MESSAGES TO PROVE THEY LIED!
