            BBB unable to locate business
            Hello, I received two gift cards in 2020 for Century 21. Due to the pandemic, I was unable to travel to stores and then they closed. I heard the stores were coming back so I have been holding on to these cards as they value around $200. I have reached out to Century 21 multiple times to inquire about the balances. I have not heard back from any of the emails or numbers listed on the current website. If gift cards are no longer being honored, I would expect the company to issue a refund. Especially if the store is planning to open again in the coming months, there should be communication about honoring or refunding prior credit.

            I purchased a Gucci Marmont mini purse ($1000+) from Century 21's online store, https://www.c21stores.com/, and it turned out to be an unauthentic item. I have submitted the item to an authenticator and they have deemed the item to be unauthentic because of the inconsistencies of the material used. I can not contact the merchant anymore because they have gone out of business. Century 21 sells unauthentic items, and somehow they can just get away with it because they've gone out of business. I read that they will be returning, but please stay away from this merchant at all cost because of the dishonesty. As a consumer, I am so infuriated at how a company at this size can sell fake designer items when their consumers trust their brand. Please stay away; Century 21 - you have lost my trust and any crediblity. Is there any way you can amend my loss?
