      Purchased a paid of **** Dunk low SB for $190 and the alternate laces were not in the shoebox. There should have been 2 additional laces. I emailed the company to complain but no response yet. Dont waste your money with these clowns!!!

      Purchased a pair of **** for my daughter for $190.00. They fit her too small, so we submitted for a return. They told me that there was a promotion running, so the shoes were final sale. There was nowhere on the website, when I purchased the shoes, that these would be final sale! If I knew shoes were final sale, I would have looked somewhere else. When I asked to speak to a supervisor about this issue, they ghosted me and stopped communicating. ******** company! Buyer Beware!

      They are a bunch of crooks. I told them that I had proof that the shoes I ordered were delivered to the wrong address and they didn't care. They would not refund me or send me a new pair.

      HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY.BOUGHT A PAIR OF JORDANS IN THE WRONG SIZE CALLED 5 MIN LATER TO CANCEL AND WAS TOLD THAT I COULD NOT CANCEL AND WOULD HAVE TO WAIT TILL I RECIEVED THEM TO RETURN THEM FOR A REFUND AND THEN ORDER THE NEW CORRECT SIZE.I RECIEVED THEM AND RETURNED THEM THE SAME DAY AND NOW STADIUM GOODS SAID THEY ARE NOT GIVING ME A REFUND BECAUSE THE SHOES THEY SENT TO ME THAT I SENT STRAIT BACK THE SAME DAY AS I RECIEVED THEM ARE DAMAGED WITH SHOE GLUE ON THE INSIDE OF THE ***** AND NOT THE SAME SHOES THEY SENT TO ME LOL.I SEE SO SO MANY NEGATIVE REVIEWS ALL OVER THE INTERNET ABOUT THIS SAME ISSUE THAT I AM HAVING AND YET THIS COMPANY IS STILL IN BUISNESS AND NO ONE HAS TAKEN ANY STEPS TO INVESTIGATE THEM OR SHUT THEM DOWN!

      On June 8, 2024 I placed an order with the online company, Stadium Gods. Nikes ****************** High OG GS. Stadium Goods sent me an incorrect product, after calling and speaking to a rep name ****, I received instructions on how to return the defective product. Stadium Goods gave me a return label to send back the sneakers but they didnt resolve the issue. The company reissued me the very sneakers I returned to them using the label they provided without reason nor and did they credit my payment method. My experience this time around was truly horrible. They sent me one size 6.5 and one 5.5 sneaker, what can I do with that? **** was friendly but Im sitting here looking at these mismatched sneakers and being drained out of the money Stadium Goods has refused to return to me. Definitely wont be giving them any more business. I feel scammed which is just sad.

      No its scam. They **** you in first few purchases but then start sending you the bad shoes and you cant return them because they say theyve been worn. This company smells like it should be featured on American Greed! Smh very sad!

      I processed payment correctly, then immediately it showed processing error, cart empty. Then directed to reprocess the **************** I did not reorder and will be attempting to investigate the, error! Get me once shame on you, get me twice shame on me!

      Something definitely is going on with them. I ordered a pair of shoes .. Just to be sent a complete different pair. Where my invoice states what I ordered! The consignment is addiment that they sent me the wrong shoe! They are stealing my money at this point! Law suit!

      Stadium Goods is a fraudulent company. They refused me a refund on a brand new pair of shoes in perfect condition. Charged me a 100% restocking fee. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. They are not honest.

      I ordered a pair of UGG Talisman shoes as a Christmas gift and they did not fit. I returned them and they sent them back to me saying they were discolored, worn and had no tags. These shoes are in perfect, brand new condition. I've requested to have this escalated to upper management with no response. Be very careful if you purchase anything from this company. They are very unethical.
