      The shoes I had ordered are possible quality, barely a sole and caved in the middle when you walked so I requested a return. Its been over 30 days since my return has been confirmed delivered and I still have yet to receive my refund. First they advised the refund has already been issued and to allow up to 15 business days for it to reflect on my account. After about 20 days no credit on account I reached out again, thats when they advised no refund has been issued and it took this long to process the return, they then advised the refund has now been issued and to allow 1-2 business days to reflect the account. After about 4 business days I reached out again and then they advised me the refund was issued but they are having technical issues. I emailed back frustrated for the first time advising that its been almost 30 days and I have yet to receive a refund, they advised its a technical issue and to wait a few more days. Its now been over 30 days and still no refund, I emailed them again this morning. Waiting to see what the excuse is this time.

      Hello. On April 13 2025, I purchased a pair of shoes.Order DV2262419 in the amount of$******.I paid with Affirm Loan ID CTGZ-ZAYQ. I did not like the shoes and returned themImmediately. I received confirmation that the return was delivered to Dolce Vita on 4/21/25 at 4:51 pm by Fed X tracking number ************. I was offered an immediate refund via Reshop refund number nwezw8r5. although I was refunded, Dolce Vita is requiring me to pay the installments anyway, with threats of credit reporting. I have made payments of ****** that need to be repaid to me. I contacted dolce Vita customer support via email with no response. I want to be repaid what I am owed asap.

      On May 8, 2024, I contacted Dolce Vita via email to inform them that I had just received my order and was sent the wrong item. Instead of the brown suede ****** wide calf boots that I ordered, I received black leather ****** wide calf boots. Dolce Vita responded stating that because the correct item was out of stock, they could only offer me a return for a refundno exchange, store credit, or other resolution. On May 20, I followed up to request a store credit to acknowledge the inconvenience caused by their mistake and the fact that I am now unable to receive the product I had selected. Dolce Vita again refused, offering no further resolution beyond the refund.While I understand that items can go out of stock, I believe it is unreasonable for a company to make a mistake in fulfilling an order and not offer any form of compensation or accountability beyond a basic return. I completed my end of the transaction accurately, and as a result of their error, I am left without the item I wanted, despite no fault of my own. Their handling of the situation demonstrates poor customer service and business practices.I am requesting a store credit in a reasonable amount (e.g., the value of the original purchase or a percentage thereof) to acknowledge the inconvenience and ensure that Dolce Vita takes responsibility for their fulfillment errors.

      On January 2nd and 7th, I placed orders with Dolce Vita. The orders took much longer than their shipping dates and the shoes arrived after I needed them. Therefore, I returned all three pairs of shoes. The returns were received and signed for at their return centre on February 3rd, 2025. I have yet to receive a refund for these items. Their policy states: "Usual turnaround time is 1-2 weeks from time shipped to when refund is issued." It has now been over 6 weeks since the items were received and I have no refund. I reached out to customer service over a week ago and provided proof of return. Their only answer has been "Please note that at least for the moment, there is no specific time frame. Rest assured that the process shouldn't take that long from now on and as soon as we will have an update, an email confirmation will be sent." However, they have provided zero updates since. I have no idea when, or if I will get rightfully refunded for the shoes.

      Purchased boots in Mid January, 2025. They arrived January 22nd, 2025. They were too small so I shipped back January 24th, 2025.Tracking shows they were received February 3rd, 2025 ( with a signature from the receiver)I emailed and customer service said, they will be received February 4thnot true! They already received them. They said at that time it would take 1-2 business days to issue the refund and 3 days to reflect t in my account. It has been 10 business days since my refund was received, yet still no money back!Id like my money back.

      I placed an order from Dolce Vitas website on Dec. 26, 2024, for two pairs of shoes, including the Hawk H20 Mushroom Suede Boots.I used a $150 gift card and paid the remaining $142.36 with my credit card. My order arrived on Jan. 7, 2025. The boots didnt fit, so I returned them within the 30-day period.Dolce Vita received the return on Jan. 17. After hearing nothing, I emailed customer service on Jan. 23 and was told refunds take 10 business days. When I followed up, they asked which item I returned, despite having my order details. I provided the info again and was told I'd receive a refund within 2-3 business days.After 3 more days, I got only $7.50 instead of $142.36 and no email confirmation. When I demanded a resolution, they said Id see the refund in 5-7 days. I later found out they refunded a gift card, one I dont have direct access to, as it was a gift, instead of my credit card. At no point did they mention this, forcing me to pay out of pocket for the item I kept. This is unacceptable, as it benefits them when I wont shop with them again.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Dolce Vita reached out to me directly for a phone call to chat about my complaint. I responded with a time that I was free to chat and had a conversation with ***** from Dolce Vita on Feb. 26. As discussed in the phone conversation, Dolce Vita was going to refund the amount of $133.86 to my credit card for the returned order #*****. However, upon checking my banking information, I noticed that this amount was not returned to my credit card; instead, it was a debit charge to my credit card.

      At this time, I am now owed a credit of $267.72, in order to refund the new, Feb. 26 charge of $133.86 as well as the original refund amount of $133.86 owed. I have followed-up directly with Dolce Vita regarding this error, but am extremely frustrated to not only not receive the original refund from my complaint but now be charged an additional amount for no order that has been placed.

      I submitted an order on November 23, 2024. The order email states my order would arrive in 5-7 business days. I followed up with the company on Dec 6 and they noted they were experiencing shipping delays. I followed up again on January 7 requesting that they cancel my order. The response was an automated email offering me $20 off my next order. I want an update of where my order is. If they cannot provide this then I want my order cancelled.

      Dolce Vita confirmed purchase order received Nov 30. The delivery terms posted on their website is 3-7 business days. I followed up and on Dec 10 the company confirmed that the order was send late on Dec 13 via *****. The company only shipped half of the order. I have continued to follow-up and request cancellation and refund of the part of the order not shipped. The company said they will not process a cancellation as the order has been processed despite it still not being shipped. On Dec 30 (one month later) they confirmed that the package was sent via Canada Post tracking number ****************. The package has still not been received and the tracking number says only that the shipper has created a label which indicates that the company has yet to ship. When I follow up with "customer service", all I continue to get is a standard form email saying that they are so sorry and will provide feedback to their internal teams. As it is now five weeks late, I am seeking assistance to obtain cancellation and refund. I note, retrospectively unfortunately, the high number of complaints relating to this company online for similar practices (failure to ship, failure to adequately address and resolve complaints, unwillingness to cancel and refund orders gone wrong).

      I purchased a pair of BENY loafers on November 13th from Dolce Vita and received an order confirmation the same day. Then silence. I heard nothing about the order being shipped and wrote an email via their website two weeks later--no response. I called them on Dec 9 and they said they'd send it expedited shipping. No package arrived. A month after the order was placed, I just wanted to cancel the order. I called on Dec 14, 15, 18, and 26 to try and resolve. Each time they said the order had started processing at one of their fulfillment facilities and therefore couldn't be cancelled. I've reached out to my credit card company now to reverse the charges. Buyer beware.
