      Ordered progressive glasses on June 3rd. Reached out to customer service 2x with little to no response. When they finally arrived on July 10th I was so excited, however the prescription was incorrect though my reputable eye doctor provided my script. I cannot see with these glasses. Im in the process of returning now, fingers crossed I get back the ****** I spent on Pair Eyewear. Terrible experience.

      The concept is wonderful but the product is a disappointment. The magnet that holds the toppers is not strong enough. The ******* fall off constantly and have already lost two of them. They are pricy so the loss is a hard one to swallow. If they can make the magnets stronger they may be worth buying but not until that happens would I recommend buying them.

      This company is unresponsive to emails and does not provide a customer service number for assistance or order ************ operates as an unprofessional and potentially fraudulent entity. Furthermore, when attempting to return the toppers, only partial returns or refunds are accepted.

      It's been SIX WEEKS since I preferred my glasses, and I still don't have them! When I called, the first two times I was told that the lenses were made and were being sent to the company to be put into my frames. When I still didn't get them, I called again and was told that the glasses were ready, but my topper that I ordered was out of stock. I was told they would ship the glasses Express and mail the topper when available. NOW I'm told the topper is in stock but the glasses were "lost." Morning but lies and fraud!

      After purchase, I needed to get an itemized receipt in order to make an insurance claim. Their receipt only includes one price, which is really odd since the purchase process has you pick individual specifications and tells you how much each will cost.I have been attempting to get that receipt through their chat service, but it is useless. The ** I first chatted with kept sending me back to the receipt with only one price. Then, when I asked for a representative, I waited for over an hour for someone to pick up.If by some miracle I actually get my glasses, I will never shop from them again.

      I am extremely frustrated. I placed an order on 4/29 and then heard nothing. On 5/12 I was looking for an update, and in order to check the status I had to login, but didn't have an account. I had to email to get help making my account and they were responsive to that. When I checked they needed my PD number, but I never got an email asking for it, I had to login and check myself after wondering what was going on with my order. Once in I couldn't get the button to work to add my PD number, so I emailed them again on 5/12...no response. I tried the next couple days and got it to work but at that point was frustrated and requested my order be cancelled on 5/16 and again on 5/19. I got an email from them on 5/20 FINALLY, only to say they got all the info they needed and my order can now be made. I emailed them back immediately that I wanted to cancel...still no answer. Super helpful there is no customer service number to call. Awful business.

      Inhad a great experience ordering my glasses and the shipped in a decent amount of time but the first time I wore the black tops they fell.off without me realizing it and I lost them. I'm so bummed. Of course they havnt veen to quick to respond. I would look elsewhere to by this type of glasses as Pair is a disappointment.

      If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible first impression of the company. My wife and I placed orders on the same day, around the same time. Both of us were frustrated by the protocol they have of submitting your prescription and PD. Only option is to submit a photo or have them contact your doctor. We submitted photos and we both quickly responded to the follow up email knowing we couldn't provide our PD up front. We did this with hopes of getting our orders processing ****. My request was responded to immediately. My wife's, however, was not. The company interpreted her prescription as needing progressives and attempted to sell us on 200 progressive lenses. She has an astigmatism and all negative values. She does NOT need readers by any means. And to make this worse, we received this same automated email requesting her PD and asking if we would like progressives 4 times. We answered it all 4 times stating no, clarifying her prescription values, and providing her PD. None of our emails have been answered. We have both exhausted efforts trying to get in contact with someone and cannot. It is horrible to treat your customers this way. Our orders totalled over ************************************************************** correctly. I have provided all the confirmations required and still nothing is being done. This is not the way to run a business. If you encourage customers to email in their prescription details, you need to be staffed well enough to answer them! Alternatively, just let people enter it themselves, so they don't have to correct your system's mistakes. Absolutely dreadful customer service via email, no phone number to contact, and no live agents via chat. If you're too lazy to have some kind of call center, you shouldn't be in business.

      Zero Stars - Child glasses did not even last 7 months. Can not get a hold of anyone on the phone, it's a chatbot online and on the phone. Paid for PAIRCare for the sole purpose of replacing child's glasses. The company is terrible and will not work with the customer. Emails go unanswered. Don't waste your time or money on these garbage glasses!
