    Terrible cusomer service. Took over two weeks longer to recieve a pair of frames compared to another online vendor when ordered at same time. Sent defective product and would not refund full amount or pay for shipping. Very terrible experience and I would not recommend EVER ordering from this company. Even when the refund was issued to my ****** account, it sat on list as "pending" for weeks and then when I called to find out what was going on I was on hold as "next in line" for 15 minutes. RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

    Should have checked BBB before ordering. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. TOTAL SCAM. Sent in several order and havent recieved a single one. Cant track them down. Company refuses to refund (and supposedly according to other reviews, they will deduct the price of the prescription prns from any refund they do give. How this company is still operating is beyond me.

    Deserves -10 rating. Paid expedited shipping that claims 2 day delivery for a frame w/o prescription. However after one week there is no way to find out where is my order. They refused to cancel and refund purchase. Instead instructed me to file lost package with ***** and then maybe after few months I may get a refund.

    Caution: Their 14 day "Free" returns are Not Free! Unlike almost all online eyeglass sellers, Cool Frames will deduct the cost of your prescription lenses from your refund! (Hidden in the Shipping/Returns policy.) They also change a $20 cancellation fee, which is what I did due to their unresponsive sales/customer service departments. If also read of additional long delays in getting what's left of any refund. Hope not!Do Not Patronize ************** Business!

    I made 2 separate orders on different dates and both orders I havent received when originally stated. Its always an excuse. I just wanted to buy some glasses and the only thing I got want my money ******** now I have to take time off work to file litigation against them and I dont want to see anyone fall for their BS like I did. The way they practice business is not gonna end well with them

    Thank you for the three orders placed with our store. The one order from March with prescription Bi-focal lenses took and additional few days to receive lenses from our lab with the correct tint color. We are sorry for the delay, we never want to have any of our cutoemrs upset by that. With that said we will also not hurry anything up just to get it shipped faster if we believe the work is not perfect. We appreciate your business and the orders you placed with us in March. Please know that we never meant any harm or do anything that would frustrate anyone.*** *.

    Unprofessional service. My order was always delayed for this and that. Could never get a straight answer about when my glasses were going to ship off. Im still waiting almost a month now.

    Order placed 03/09/2025 shipped 03/27/2025, the delay was due to the fact we needed to confirm the prescription as the way you entered it in our system was odd and we wanted to confirm. Lucky we did as the glasses would have been done wrong. You entered OD: ***** +2.50 x 0 +1.75 and it wound up being OD: ***** 0.00 x 0 +1.75, if we did the glasses with what you initially entered you would not have seen anything with your right lens. Leaving us a negative when we did what is proper for this order to be done correctly is extremely unfair. No good deed goes unpunished. It took you 10 days to get back to us with the correction and we are being blamed by you for a delay. Not nice.*** *.

    Although the order sadly took longer then we would like and longer then usual the correct frame was send with the correct lenses as well. The pictures you provided to us indicates the GG1500OK was in fact not only what you bought, but also what you received. Not sure why you left us the hostile review.*** *.

    Placed an order on 11/30/24 for Oakley frames and lenses with a prescription for $201.65. No mention of any additional cost before the purchase. Received an email on 12/3/24 that the lenses would cost me an additional $150 to make the lenses. If you are going to charge an additional amount due to them being a special lens, maybe mention that before the purchase is made. All I got was an, Im sorry for the inconvenience. What you need to do is update your website to reflect the actual prices. Not try to scam people out of additional money when the purchase was already made. I will not buy from again and I will certainly make my experience know to other people not to buy from this horrible business.

    Thank you for your order. The ****** you purchased required customization and that is the reason we requested additional funding, but I do agree that should not have been your problem. Your purchase although not Oakley lenses as you bought them, we were trying to have them done completely by Oakley for a much better result. I am very sorry the way it turned out, I believe it was unfair to you under the circumstances. *** *.

    Do not purchase from this business. I canceled an order on 11/1 after learning that the frames were significantly backordered (info not made available prior to the purchase). They agreed to refund my money but they have not done so -- first they falsely claimed the refund had gone through and then claimed the charge was never processed. Ive reached out to the company numerous times and provided clear evidence, including my bank statement showing the charge to my card. They also declined to troubleshoot with their payment processing company, ****. I had to reach to **** directly and their customer care team confirmed that no refund was processed to my card. I presented this information back to coolframes and they still refused to correct this issue and send my refund.

    order placed 11/1/2024, we advised same day that the frame would take a week to get. You requested a refund and cancellation which was processed same day. I am not sure what you are talking about. Everything was done the same day, order notification and refund. *** *.

    Horrible do not purchase anything from this site. Ordered glasses Aug 6th its Sept 17th still haven't received my glasses nor have I got any updates pertaining to my order. Everytime I call I get nothing but excuses about back order. I will never shop here and or recommend this site for anyone to use.
