    Placed an order on 11/30/24 for Oakley frames and lenses with a prescription for $201.65. No mention of any additional cost before the purchase. Received an email on 12/3/24 that the lenses would cost me an additional $150 to make the lenses. If you are going to charge an additional amount due to them being a special lens, maybe mention that before the purchase is made. All I got was an, Im sorry for the inconvenience. What you need to do is update your website to reflect the actual prices. Not try to scam people out of additional money when the purchase was already made. I will not buy from again and I will certainly make my experience know to other people not to buy from this horrible business.

    Thank you for your order. The ****** you purchased required customization and that is the reason we requested additional funding, but I do agree that should not have been your problem. Your purchase although not Oakley lenses as you bought them, we were trying to have them done completely by Oakley for a much better result. I am very sorry the way it turned out, I believe it was unfair to you under the circumstances. *** *.

    Do not purchase from this business. I canceled an order on 11/1 after learning that the frames were significantly backordered (info not made available prior to the purchase). They agreed to refund my money but they have not done so -- first they falsely claimed the refund had gone through and then claimed the charge was never processed. Ive reached out to the company numerous times and provided clear evidence, including my bank statement showing the charge to my card. They also declined to troubleshoot with their payment processing company, ****. I had to reach to **** directly and their customer care team confirmed that no refund was processed to my card. I presented this information back to coolframes and they still refused to correct this issue and send my refund.

    order placed 11/1/2024, we advised same day that the frame would take a week to get. You requested a refund and cancellation which was processed same day. I am not sure what you are talking about. Everything was done the same day, order notification and refund. *** *.

    Horrible do not purchase anything from this site. Ordered glasses Aug 6th its Sept 17th still haven't received my glasses nor have I got any updates pertaining to my order. Everytime I call I get nothing but excuses about back order. I will never shop here and or recommend this site for anyone to use.

    COOL FRAMES IS A COMPLETE JOKE DONT ORDER FROM THEM. THEY SENT THE WRONG GLASSES THEN REFUSES TO SHIP ME THE CORRECT ONES EVEN AFTER IS SENT BACK THE RIGHT ONES. I AM GOING TO FIGHT FOR A COMPLETE STOP PAYMENT AND REFUND FROM MY BANK. THEY ARE A ************* DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM .

    WE did send you the wrong frame, no dispute and that we are sorry for. These error not only upset our customers it also impacts cost to us, so it is definitely not intentional. With that said we provided a return label of course due to our error and sent out the correct frame to you in the end. We are sorry it took an extra week, this is terrible, nut to say we are a joke or a fraud is simply untrue. *** *.

    This is a fraudulent company and should be shut down. I purchased frames from the CoolFrames website on August 21, with a 2-day delivery. I called the company on August 26 inquring about the frames, and the representative on the phone claimed that the frames will be shipped on August 28. On August 27, I messaged a represenatative online, who then said that the frames have been discontinued. They will not give a full refund, instead offering to give a "5% discount" on alternative frames. Avoid this company at all costs and I will be reporting the company to the ***'s *****************************.

    Fraudulent? we have been in business since 1997. The *** **** frame you purchased became discontinued the day after you bought it. We are terribly sorry about that. Other options were offered, you asked to cancel and a refund. We refunded 5 days after the order was placed and we could not fulfill it. To come here and leave a terrible testimonial is terribly unfair.*** *.

    Great. NOW I look and see that cool frames is a rated F business. After I have already given them $300 and keep getting the run around. The lenses I received I was told were scratch resistant, they are either on my face or in a case, yet somehow they are TERRIBLY scratched right over my pupil so they are not even useable anymore. Then they tell me they will send me a shipping label and correct the issue, I thought that was wonderful, only get get an email saying the person misspoke and I would have to pay to send my glasses to them. No one will answer me as to if they are a manager and I have no assurances that if I send them my $300 pair of glasses I will get ANYTHING back let alone what I paid for already. This is a total disaster, my glasses from another company are 10% of the price are 1000% better quality. CoolFrames is out there proving you DO NOT always get what you pay for. I just want CoolFrames to stand behind their word and their product. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!!!

    ******* purchased 12/2023, scratched in August. We provided a label to you for return which is not policy for a scratch warranty. we received the order back 08/21/2024 and returned a new pair to you 08/30/2024 not sure what the issue is. Scratch coating on any lens is not scratch proof. No material in the optical industry not even glass will be scratch proof. We stand behind every pair we ship out. This review it terrible and unfair.

    I ordered a pair of oakley eyeglasses all black frames it should have been simple but it took almost over a month to get them now I they sent me the wrong frames!! I don't know how could they do that now I have to wait another 3 weeks for my new frames!!! They didn't offer me fast shipping I have to pay for that!! Why should I pay extra when they made the mistake!!!

    I purchase my lenses and frames Oct 11, 2021, cost $1378.00 which also includes scratch resist, my lenses are all scratched up like a bunch of spider webs, I spoke to the cool frames and they told me by email that my warranty was out, I don't know what a warranty has to do with me paying additional money for scratch resist!     BEW**E!!!!! I ordered glasses at the beginning of January, frames as well as lenses. When they arrived, I literally couldnt see out of them, and the lenses were purple from the ** coating. After going back-and-forth for a month and a half, I finally agreed to pay several hundred dollars more to get the better lenses and ** coating. Long story short, today is March 6th, Ive now spent $545.75 and I STILL HAVE NO GLASSES!!!! Im so over this company and all of their stupid responses! I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK! ?????? What?But today I was told that if I dont want to pay a few hundred dollars more, theres a 20% restocking fee, which is NEWS TO ME!!! since Ive been talking about a refund for a month and a half, and now Im told the lenses arent refundable!!! **E YOU KIDDING ME??? How does this company get away with running such such a scam operation, BLINDLY RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!!!!Now I will spend as much time as needed posting W**NING REVIEWS everywhere possible. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!
