"I am very upset with this company it is the first time I've made an order and I've had issues with two pairs of frames one of the frames ended up having a stripped s**** and I actually had to take it to the eye place to have the s**** removed the second pair was warped I bought five frames from this company and two of them are already messed up within a 3-month period that's ridiculous I spoke to customer service and he told me I have to pay $10 for each frame Plus $10 for the return label which I'm very upset with I asked to speak to the supervisor and the supervisor refused to speak to me I am 100% about customer satisfaction I bought five ********************** and spent $315 I can understand one frame being messed up but two that's totally wrong I need the owner or the manager to get in touch with me as soon as possible and the supervisor should not refuse to speak to the customer"

"I ordered prescription sunglasses from Cool Frames and had to return multiple pairs because the style wasnt right or the lenses were blurry and incorrect. For my last return, I mailed the package to a Cool Frames store on the same street as their return department, provided a tracking number confirming delivery, and followed up by phone and email since April." ...
