During my meal, a customer at a nearby table falsely accused me of stealing her wallet. She shouted the accusation publicly and informed the manager. Despite this serious and completely unfounded claim, no one from the restaurant staff approached me or attempted to verify anything before acting.When I asked for the check, the lady said to me, "You're not going anywhere, and I'm calling the police" and that I was not allowed to leave until the police arrived. This amounts to me being held against my will under a baseless accusation. To make matters worse, she also verbally threatened me, saying she would fight me in the restaurant. I remained calm and waited for the police, who later confirmed I did not have the ********* make matters worse, the restaurant manager denied ever saying I couldnt leave contradicting what I was told earlier. Despite being innocent and cooperative, I paid the full $100 bill and left without an apology or acknowledgment.This experience was humiliating, distressing, and a violation of my rights as a customer. I am filing this complaint to hold Dallas BBQ accountable for the way this situation was mishandled and for the emotional and psychological distress it caused.Desired Resolution:A full refund of $100 + A written apology from the business Internal review of staff conduct and training on how to handle customer disputes respectfully and legally

      Good evening,I placed an order with Dallas BBQ Uptown on November 13, 2024 for Thanksgiving. I ordered three Thanksgiving prefixed meals and 35 ******** wings. The delivery was for 12:00 PM. Today, November 28th, I waited for the order at my mother in laws apartment for Thanksgiving. At 12:23 PM I called because the delivery hadnt been made and I was told that they are running behind schedule. He said to expect it by 12:54 PM. I was unhappy, but I agreed to wait. I called again at 1:10PM and was told that I had to wait another twenty minutes. I asked if the delivery went out and I was told that they dont have a delivery person at that time. Specifically, I was told that DoorDash didnt show up. I explained that I didnt order through DoorDash. The man on the phone said it would be best to cancel my order because he didnt know when they could deliver. I had a house full of people for Thanksgiving and no food. It was embarrassing and extremely frustrating. They didnt offer a solution or any help. I was completely disgusted. What kind of business is Dallas BBQ? They had my order there, so they claimed and left my family stranded. I am mortified from the experience and disappointment with how I was treated. Never again!!!!!

      I went to *** today 10/21/2024 to pick up my dinner. I ordered half chicken and yellow rice with scallions. I told the cashier I want to check my food before I leave to make sure it was correct. I spent $16.04 for my meal. When I saw my food all I did was ask if this was a half chicken the waiter got very upset with my question I told him I was only asking because I didnt see the leg. So at this point I wanted my money back and he was really talking bad to me. So at this point I will not be going back there ever again!

      12/20/2023 around 1 pm.*********************************** The non English speaking bartender gave me the regular frozen margaritas when I asked for the ***** size to go. I gave her $20 cash knowing that I am paying for the $12.99 ***** size to go. ( my 1st time ordering it t go) she gave me back $0.11 cents back and I watched her took a long time in selecting the tap on the register screen. I gave her a $20 and she thought that I gave her a $10 bill. She also gave the other customer the wrong order when he asked for an extra shot not the champagne shot. I am a regular customer there and I saw her before assisting the other bartenders in speaking Spanish. I asked her for a fork last time and she gave me something else instead.Its important for any bartender to understand English to take the order correctly without failing. I love Dallas BBQ and please sure that she needs to understand English cause there will be further problems down the road and I am still missing my $10 here when I gave her $20.

      This complaint is about the *** ********** Dallas BBS's located in Brooklyn. I ordered a Henessy Coloda to go on June 29, 2023. My order was taken by *****. In the middle of me completing my transaction ***** says the system logged him out and said I'd have to pay again. I seen on my ******* account that the $17.49 was charged to my debit card on July 3rd. Today July 9th I went in to the restaurant to see if I could get a refund but the Manager who's name is **** was disgustingly rude! I mean this was the worst customer service I've ever encountered in my 15 years of going to Dallas BBQ's. He told me to take it up with my bank and that he only see's one charge, he proceeds to yell at me and says he's done talking and walks away.
