      On May 9, 2025, I was contacted by a recruiter named Argha D** from Recruiting from Scratch via ******** regarding a remote Enterprise Account Executive role with $300K OTE. I responded on May 12 with reasonable clarifying questions about the position’s target industries, compensation flexibility, and onboarding timeline. I followed up again on May 15 when no reply was received.

      Due to continued silence, I sent an email on May 22 to two additional team members at the company, Arsen P******** and Santa B******, referencing the original communication and requesting a status update. I sent another follow-up on May 28. As of today, May 30, I have received no response from anyone at the company, despite four separate outreach attempts over nearly three weeks.

      I have not paid money to this business, but I believe their conduct raises concerns about transparency and professionalism in how they manage candidate communications. They actively advertised an open job and requested applications but then failed to provide any follow-up. I attached a screenshot of the communication history for reference.

      My intent is not to seek compensation, but to ensure this pattern is documented and addressed. I respectfully request a written response from Recruiting from Scratch to acknowledge the situation, clarify the current status of the advertised opportunity, and explain their lack of follow-through.
