  I advise caution when considering the Corcoran Group in ***, specifically ********************* and *********************************. Initially, one of the four friends approached their friend **** from the Corcoran Group for advice. Unfortunately, she contacted the property owner's management company and transformed a listed No Fee apartment into a fee apartment, resulting in a 15% realtors fee for the year's rent. This was a detriment, it led to financial loss for the boys and their parents. They may have been able to negotiate the 15% fee to landlords management to a lessor number. Moreover, ****'s actions were accompanied by her boss intimidating the boys.The boys, pressed for time, reluctantly accepted the unfavorable terms. The buyers' agents displayed pushy behavior regarding payment and documentation, while taking an excessive two weeks to process their information. It is possible they were searching for alternative tenants during this delay.Numerous inquiries, including requests for floor plans, went unanswered. The lease heavily favored the landlord, and when specific questions were raised, the realtor dismissed them as insignificant, claiming the lease was merely words to disregard. Additionally, the realtor provided incorrect information regarding renters insurance and contradicted what was written in the lease. Notably, certain lease clauses were in violation of ******** Law, which was confirmed by both the *** General Attorney's site and an actual *** lawyer. When these contradictions were brought to their attention, the realtor dismissed them as an old lease not worth worrying about.Lastly, the fee charged was 15% of the rent, which was being prorated from 15 days into the year. However, the realtor failed to prorate the fee and required a reminder to do so. Throughout this ordeal, the realtor did not assist the boys and instead took advantage of them. Their actions lacked integrity and should not be trusted.

  Saw an apt (for rent) on ********** and went to the open house. Told the broker, *********************** of *********** office that I would take it. I was in the midst of selling my co-op and wanted to return to renting and outlined my timetable. After ***** spoke with the landlord and terms were agreed to - in writing - ***** reneged and refused to acknowledge any further correspondence. I looped in her superior, *********************, who similarly did not return my messages. Given that in ******** an email constitutes a legally binding agreement, they entered into such in bad faith and opened themselves up for litigation. Do yourself a favor and work with ******* or *******'s instead. A bunch of charlatans at Corcoran who are inept at their 'job'.
