    I was lied too about my home. They took advantage of me knowing what I was going through. Now they are trying to take my home. Im lost for words. I wanted to file bankruptcy but was told I sold my house to the company when I did sign with company I was told after I pay$154.000 the rest would be my. I was wondering if I can file a class action lawsuit against them. Someone let me know Thanks ******

    how do you think easy knock come to ***** and offer loan against Article 16, Chapter50(C) of the Texas Constitution. This easy knock company think we're kids to commit fraud on our deeds? He literally lost a case in 2021 Case 4:20-cv-03867 Document 24 Filed on 03/26/21 in ****. The Judge declared the transaction is in violation of the Constitution through supreme court law Under Texas law, whether an instrument written as a deed is actually a deed or is in fact a mortgage is a question of fact. ******* *. ******, *************** (Tex. 1987). This is criminal fraud at this point I was looking for a fair transaction and was still screwed over wow.

    Have yet to hear from the repair maintenance guy. Three months since I closed. *** was awesome, a virtual expert when it came to my immediate needs. Really and truly he was great. They withheld alot of money for repairs, which I agreed with and I have yet to hear from anyone who will be handling the construction phase of my tenancy. So I wait and I call and I wait and I call. The bad weather is coming. I will certainly be happy to change my review once I start seeing some maintenance and repairs going on, but in the meantime I call and I wait.

    Outstanding!!! I Will definitely recommend Easy Knock to others. They really got me out of a bad situation and put me back on track to a better future. Anyone needing help will most definitely get my recommendation. The Easy Knock team made the process painless and in a very timely manner. Very customer friendly as well. ??????.

    Started out good until you get to the Rent back part of the deal. You are also made to put aside a Large sum for what they say are repairs! Most of which Never get completed. The rent they charge you is extremely high! Run by a separate department that you can only reach through email! We did thus only because we were purchasing another home and needed a few months before moving. Our home did sell after we moved out. We signed our release on the property and are owed money back. We have since been given the run around and keep calling but, no one returns our calls! Horrible business practices!!!!

    Your nothing but a scam company who preys on people they know can afford an attorney and can't afford to fight you in court. . You lie and steal people money . Karma will get you all . Keep poor people life saving and try to make them pay taxes on money they never received. You kept a $182,000 for an option.     There is a person by the name ******************* whose position in the company is Senior director of asset management who is extremely aggressive and unprofessional. This woman is trying to take advantage of Homeowners who are going through challenging time after the pandemic crisis. ******************* is in violation of Fair debit collection practices act ( FCDPA ) as well as in violation of Human rights. The appropriate government agencies must be aware of how this woman operates within the Company.
