      Sirius Xm is ******** down my phone over *****. I am on social security. I have no funds till the first they lied and am said they took out the payment but couldnt. Thats ******** I have proof.

      SiriusXM has continued to raise prices ever since I started with them. I don't remember how much it was in the beginning, but when I cancelled today I learned I was paying $618.92!!!! My car Platinum for $98.23 EVERY 3 MONTHS! And my in home standalone Streaming Platinum - Family Discount $128.67 every year. Granted, I was the one who kept ignoring the routine price ************, I decided to cancel. First, you can't just do that on-line. You have to go through an agent who keeps giving sale pitch after sales pitch. I finally told **** this was NOT a negotiation and he proceeded with the cancellation of both subscriptions. But, at last I am free and clear of that financial drain.

      "Every Time" I call into Sirius XM Radio, it's torture. This time, I leased a new car that had a Sirius XM "1 year" free trial included. Even the window sticker listed this 1-year time period. I called Sirius to cancel my subscription on the ******************************** so that I can take advantage of the free subscription by the manufacturer. 2 Sirius XM agents and also a supervisor said that I had to call the dealership because they only showed a 3-month trial in their system and that the car was used. You can't make this up! They %$&**

      Spoke with Canadian customer service representative by the name of *******. I am a first time customer who needed payment confirmation via email. She said it would take up to 5 business days to receive which was unacceptable. She was obnoxious, was annoying, rude and blatantly refused to transfer me to another representative or supervisor during the call! She needs to go!

      Some things to know about sirius xm radio if you buy a car and take the promo deal: Starts at around $6/mo They do not have to notify you of promo ending They do not have to notify you a monthly charge (for example ********* always says an email reminder about your monthly auto charge) XM does NOT have to do that. And lets say you get a different card at your bank, XM makes deals with banks to just jump over to your new card with the charges and again they DO NOT have to notify you. Its in their fine print. I cannot believe the *** allows these borderline fraudulent practices. Ill admit my bad for not noticing this reoccurring charge on a vehicle I sold 2 yrs ago and called to cxl it when I sold but when I called to complain and try to get a refund they offered me to keep the same service for $6.32 when they had been charging me $31!!!! what on earth. not a fan, never again.

      I tried to cancel my account three times and had no results. The only way to get out of it is to call for a dispute. The old XM was awesome; they merged. If you are looking for an app like XM, go to mytuner **************************, it's free and not too bad.

      I received a letter for a free 3 month trial offer for Sirius radio for my vehicle I just purchased. Entered info on their site, which did not work and ended up chatting with an aggressive (in my opinion) sales person, 3 times this person sent (text) for an okay for a contract and saying just type yes to agree to the contract at $31 a month! I dont even know if Id enjoy service. I texted no, this is a scam! Im going to BBB, and bye, text thread disappeared right after their last text of Ill get an opportunity to sign up later. I called Sirius and was able to speak to a kind person and was able to confirm that I was not going to be charged later and there is not an account with my info that will be billed. Signal is supposed to be sent so I can try it out, but this just left me not wanting their service after this.

      My father has been a loyal subscriber for 20 years. He looked through his records today.. There was a charge for over $300 a few months ago.. on top of $64/month (up from $48/month). WHAT?? He called to cancel. There was NO refund offered or prorating for this yearly fee he was charged that he NEVER consented to. This is absolutely disgusting and neither of us will ever pay for SXM again.
