    I have published six books with Austin Macauley: Is It Possible to Inspire Anyone? Is It Always Fun to Travel Abroad? Grit+Tenacity+Proactivism, ******-Merida-*******, 2nd edition,Are You Ready to Improve Your Habits?Can Love and Talents Survive Opposite, Political and Economic Environments? In my opinion, the common characteristics of all six books are the following:1. The front covers are pieces of art, able to attract readers attention at first sight.2. All of them were deeply reviewed on at least three occasions by me, and no publishing mistakes have been detected so far.3. The books were published before their promised final date.4. I actively participated in the revision of each of them more than once to make sure that my suggestions were fully applied, and that all my comments were deeply taken care of.5. So far, I have not received any complaints from my customers as far as the quality of the books are concerned. 6. Austin Macauley were fully compliant in delivering the books to me at the promised schedules.*********************************************

    This company deals in complete dishonesty my first royalty check was ****** its a joke ..l bought a ton of books and so did my customers ..they let me out of the contract but l want money spent The ******* and my royalties ..they said l had 0 retail sales ..they dont list number of books on amazon or other sites on purpose ..l contacted amazon and filed a complaint with the New York ************************ ..these companies need to be help accountable ..***** towers come on its on our backs ..

    I sent my manuscript to these people two months ago. The ladies I spoke to were AWESOME, polite and courteous. After my six week wait ,I received a contract via e-mail from this company. After explaining much of my life's story to this company, the contract had a "contribution" part in the contract (# **) that said this company wants tens of thousands of dollars to publish my children's book. After explaining to these people that I was on SSDI and was poor!! This ignorant .rude man, that I called on the phone, spit out some big words that covers this company to allow them to charge poor people tens of thousands of dollars to publish my book. The "********" Dream is over for this country, when you cant even write a children's book and get it published. I hope their greed and ignorance makes them feel important. May your GOD have mercy for you, mine will not!!

    About six weeks after sending a clean manuscript to Austin Macauley, I received a copyedited proof that had parts missing and incorrect page numbers of chapters on the contents page. I corrected the problems and returned the proof 8/1/2022. I received an email saying that I would be sent another proof. On 10/31/2022 I was sent a reformated "print ready" file for approval that was not print ready. There were spaces on the pages with graphs. It just need some cutting and pasting of a few paragraphs but AM would not send me the Word file so that I could do that. Instead I was told that it would be assigned to their best editor. I was supposed to get a "progress report" a week ago but it did not arrive. Because of their ineptitude, I missed the holiday sales period. I wish I had read the comments on this page before signing a contract with AM.
