    As managers they are terrible no follow up. No care for the people in their buildings and outright ignorant to assistance when I had my place broken into by fire department who broke locks and put holes in the walls of the apt. I had to pay for everything and now they wont even answer my calls on the phone . Terrible company. Terrible

    The Andrews Organization is very challenging to work with. We are homeowners in a building that Andrews manages. Their employees have slow response times and they often give inaccurate or incomplete information. When we had issues with a renovation that was caused by incorrect information provided by an Andrews employee, they refused to engage in conversation with us about the matter, leaving ** to try to figure out a resolution on our own. When I later filed a complaint with their leadership about this issue, the leadership didn't even respond with an acknowledgement. The super they have hired in our building is good, but our board does most of the work to keep things running well. I would encourage any other HOA or co-op to avoid Andrews.
