    [Your Answer Here]

I first raised this issue on July 16th of 2024. After multiple follow-ups with Patrick McMullan and their partners, they finally responded to me one month later, at which point they said the deletion would take "some months." Four months later, the images are still available on search engines. Patrick McMullan has been very slow to address this issue.

In order for the BBB to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

Services Requested WERE completed. As indicated mentioned here, name and images were removed in August 14, 2024, but there is apparently misinterpretation, of the statement that it would take a few months.

Web SEARCH ENGIINES can take months to clear once an image was indexed and cached and by continuing search of name, this prepopulates the results, causing the continuance.

We do not control Search Sites, Search Engines, which can take some months to re-index their database and update their search results.

We have already accommodated the request, of this image removal from websites, at an event taken May, 2018, (6) six years ago.

We have provided the services, as per prior email request, via multiple staff, and responded as recently as November, 2024, regarding this.

There are No Results displayed on our website, should you click Visit button on Search Engine results.

    As per recent emails,
