    I am deeply disappointed that I had to make the difficult decision to no longer move forward with *********** I have followed her work for more than two years and even met with her via Zoom. She was warm, knowledgeable, and someone I truly believed I could trust with my care. My concerns are not with Dr ******* herself but with the front office staff who represent her practice. They are the first point of contact, and their actions reflect directly on the doctor and the quality of care provided.I initially had a confirmed surgery date for December 1. I completed the required stat X rays and was told by the secretary that my insurance would cover everything since it was out of network. After that, communication stopped completely. I had no updates, I could not access my patient portal, and no one contacted me with any information regarding my surgery. Three days before the scheduled procedure, I reached out because of the holiday week and still received no clear answers. I was then informed that my surgery had been moved with no new date provided, and shortly after that I was placed on Do Not Disturb through their texting system which prevented further **************** a nurse, I understand how medical offices work, and I believe Dr. ******* may not even be aware of what her staff is doing. This makes the situation even more concerning. Clear communication is essential, especially when a patient is preparing for a surgical procedure and trusting a provider with their health and safety. The level of miscommunication and lack of professionalism left me feeling unsafe moving forward.I genuinely admired Dr. ******* and was looking forward to meeting her in person, but this experience with the front office forced me to reconsider. Patients deserve consistent, respectful communication, especially surrounding surgery. I hope this review encourages improvements within the office staff so future patients do not have the same experience.
