    I was looking for a good deal online on a new Fujifilm camera, and I found the model I was looking for for $100 less on ************. Not being familiar with the company, I looked the product over, looked the website over, and it all seemed up and up so I made the purchase. Next day I get a call "clarifying" that the order was for a European import model, and that ****** version would be several hundred dollars more. I asked if this was specified on the website, was told yes, and so after some additional discussion accepted the purchase given there'd be a 6% transaction fee on the refund. Later I looked over their website again only to find the only comment about it being a European model was a single use of the term "import" on one tab. No comment at all that it is "not a ** model" nor does it even clarify that it's in any way a different import camera than any other Fujifilm camera given they are all made outside ******. There were also *no* ** versions available for purchase from their website at all to lead you to wonder why two so similar products were being sold on their website. All in all, felt pretty scammy to me. Either way, just be sure to make sure you aren't getting an "import" if you buy a camera from ************.

    They play from a script. First they tell you that you ordered the international model and you need to pay additionally to get the US model. Then they charge your credit card when they don’t have the item in stock when their website says they do. When you protest they give you a *** tracking number. When you check with *** after a few days, *** by phone *** says they have not received the item from Willoghbys. Immediately have your credit card cancel the charge and do your order from any of the reputable dealers.

    Fraud. Avoid this company like the plague. They will "sell" you a camera at one price and then a salesman will call you and tell you that you purchased and international model and that if you want the warranty, you need to pay more to get the domestic version. Their customer service is also atrocious.

    Excellent Service
    I have always researched a companies reviews before making a purchase. Yes I have seen a lot of negative reviews, but the amount of positive reviews on ****** and ************* is assurance. Also negative experiences are more shared than positive ones.
    At the end of the day reviews can be faked and really the only way of finding out, that's to deal with them myself.
    I wanted a pair of Steiner 7x50 binos. I've contacted the company via email and I had a very prompt reply which was very polite. I ordered the item on 11/10/22 and the delivered on 11/16/22. They were well packed. They have a sharp clear image. So my experience was excellent and on that note if anyone asked me if I would recommend Willoughby's Cameras.

    Willoughbys is by far the most feckless and disreputable business we have ever dealt with, and, bar none, responsible for our worst online purchase experience ever. Doesn't even merit a 1 star review, except without a minimum rating we can't leave this sordid review. We urge readers extreme caution doing business with this despicable business. We bought a Sony Cyber-shot DSC-RX1R camera and accessories from this merchant in the amount of $3,735 in August 2022. Immediately after receiving the camera we decided the camera did not meet our needs. Nothing functionally wrong with the camera, it just didn't have auto focus which we wanted. Upon contacting the merchant for a return and credit, the merchant indicated we would have to pay a 20% restocking fee ($607) by check, an outrageous amount. Unfortunately we missed this restocking fee callout in Willoughbys sales policy statement. Only after receipt of the restocking fee would a return material authorization (RMA) be issued to return the camera. We had no choice but to pay the restocking fee by check to get our money back. Upon receiving the RMA we returned the camera Sep 14. We never received credit from Willoughbys for the $3,735. Our credit card merchant, ****, investigated and ruled in our favor for the disputed $3,735 October 19. Learn from our misfortune and take a wide detour around Willoughbys. In fact, run away whenever you hear Willoughbys and buy from *** *****.

    CANON RF ******mm f/2.8 L IS USM Lens I paired this lens with my EOS R and went to a shoot for a dancing troop in the city. ************ got this lens for my videography, it's my favorite glass handheld with better stabilization. I'm impressed by the new RF series and this ******mm is a HOLY GRAIL!! It's much lighter and portable for travel.************ shipping was fast within two days over the weekend. I ordered on Friday and the shipment was home by Sunday.
