    They do not fill prescriptions, but cash ****** and ************** They say it is processing the medication, but no one knows what that means. Multiple phone calls to get copay back and they still listed the prescription as filled with ********.

    I have been waiting over 3 weeks for prescription. My follow-up appointment is this coming Thursday (1 month) and still havent received my meds. This company should be shutdown. These arent shoes Im price shopping for, this a medication. Shame on them.

    Don't try to get help thru their chat line. The agents, except 1 I dealt with, are too fast to cut off the issue and want to sit and do nothing .

    Never got my meds. Felt terrible until I could get to another *** for another prescription as they would never transfer mine. Terrible company to deal with. If meds are important then get them elsewhere or you will never get them. This place shouldnt be allowed to fill prescriptions when lives are at stake

    I wish I would have seen the BBB reviews for this company before we set up a pharmacy transaction with them. We had a similar experience as many other reviewers on this site. This company does NOT care about customer service. They make promises that they do not intend to keep, and tell their customers what they want to hear, but have no intentions of honoring their agreements. They do not listen to customer's instructions, and when they do not comply with the terms set up, they refuse to listen or resolve issues. They deny everything, even when there is evidence that validates that they had blatantIy lied, and when confronted with the evidence they admit that they had lied about it, but refuse to do anything to make it right. I would steer clear of doing business with this company, and I would never recommend BlinkRX to anyone. This company should not be in business!

    My doctor's office placed an order for eye medication on the August 20th. Per the office's instruction, I followed up with Blinkrx if I did not hear from them within 48 hours via the chat function. A Blinkrx chat representative said they were checking to "get the best price" and things were processing. After a couple of days I contacted my insurer and my doctor's office to see what the hold up might be on their ends but nothing seems to be problematic. Today (8/29) I recontacted Blinkrx via chat and they said there is a "price delay" and they would not fill the prescription until after 8/9/24. I tried to ask what a "price delay" is but the chat froze so I called my insurance company to see if they knew. They were unfamiliar with this term. In the meantime, I am suffering with dry eye. I do not have hope that even after 8/9 they will send the prescription.

    I am so angry about ********. It made me very sick and I mean very. Also the company refuses to return my $310 even though I returned the package unopened. Be careful!Also, I feel now that the company is harassing me to order more with texts, emails, and phone messages.

    Such an unprofessional company. I'm still waiting for my prescription of Voquenza. I've contacted Blink through chat 3 times so far. All I get is a run-around. I've had to do their job in Contacting my doctor ****** her contact them numerous times. My doctor *** had ZERO communication from them, despite my being told that had left numerous emails. They state my doctor has not reached out to them. This medication was $50. They haven't shipped it but have already charged me. I do not recommend this company. I could've been feeling better by now. It's been close to two weeks!

    I've been receiving a 3 month supply of medication on auto refill for about a year. I was charged for an auto refill that was not delivered. I contacted them on their online chat and was first told they would re-ship the medication and I would receive a confirmation email. I waited nine days and contacted their chat again as I didn't receive an email or the medication. This time I was told that since it had been more than 30 days since the auto refill was shipped when I contacted them the first time I would have to pay again. I realize that's a reasonable policy but, like most, I didn't realize it until I ran out of medicine, which makes me wonder why they shipped it so early. I take it every day so it should not have been shipped 6 weeks before I needed it. I offered to show them the delivery notice that had no street address, just the city, and no picture of the delivery. They repeated that I'd have to pay again before they would ship so I cancelled the auto refill. Contacting them was fairly easy and the chat was slow but not excessively long either time so I gave them two stars for that. However, since I had never had a problem before and was a good customer I feel they should have reshipped the medicine at no charge.

    Used them for a year. Never received a medication on time. Every time I called the assured it would be fixed, the next week my medication would still not have arrived. They clearly dont care about their patients health.
