    I reserved a parking spot via bestparking.com at the lot at *********************************************************** for 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM SUN MAY 18 and paid $23.32. When I arrived at the lot, there was no attendant and a sign blocking the entrance that read LOT FULL. I took a picture of the sign and parked elsewhere. The next day I emailed customer service ******************* to request a refund (in the past they issued a prompt refund when this happened). I received a prompt reply from "**** *." asking for more info & photo of sign. I pasted our exchange below with my answers in ALL CAPS here for clarity. I responded right away and HAVE HEARD NOTHING since I responded. I've emailed once a week since May - no response. This is outrageous and I deserve a refund.Thank you,********* *******(my account# below is my ********************** account)"Hi *********,We can definitely make note of this to the location's management and understand whether a refund may be in order. To make sure that we will be correctly flagging the location, would you be willing to give me some details on what happened? Did you see a Full sign at the entrance of *************** and by any chance, did you take a photo of it?     On 11/10/22, I used the BestParking app to reserve a parking spot at *************************************************** (Parking Pass *********) as I had tickets to see Beetlejuice on Broadway. When I arrived at the garage at approximately 6:40pm, I was very rudely turned away by the attendant, who shooed me off and said, "We are full." When I attempted to show him my pass that I paid for, he shrugged and shooed me off again. At this point, I had to circle to find another garage, and I had to pay $70 for parking at that garage - by the time I got to the theatre, I was late for the show and had to miss the first 20 minutes of the show. I sent an email to *********************** BestParking through the email address on their app and received no response. I demand an instant refund.

    Better Business Bureau:

    At this time, my complaint, ID ******** regarding PARKINGEDGE, LLC d/b/a BestParking.com has been resolved. I finally received a refund on 12/22/22, one month and 12 days after having $52 taken from me and after at least ten emails requesting my refund. My emails went unanswered, and they never responded to the BBB. Steer clear of this company!
