      I purchased a pair of the ***** boots. I wore them twice. When I went to put them on for the third time, there was a split in the seam in the middle of the boot. In less than 60 days from purchase, the seam split wide open. Instead of standing behind their product, they sent a list of cobblers from ****** and said good luck. I have a closet full of **** boots going back to 1995, when I purchased my first pair. I've never once had an issue. Until now. The quality has dropped severely. Do not purchase these boots. The quality has been downgraded. Go to Bed **** Freebird, or Red Wings. ****** are too expensive to fall apart in less than 60 days. After some research I learned that their quality across the board has taken a massive nosedive. It shows. I've even taken my worn **** boots and had them resoled. But after years of heavy wear. I've never had a pair fall apart after being worn twice. That explains why they no longer stand behind their product. What a sad abd unfortunate end to a once fantastic company.

      Zero stars! The zipper came off my boot when I first wore them. They must not do quality control of their products. No refund or exchange outside 30 days? Horrible company, product and customer service.

      They state they will not charge you for shipping but after you pay they create a total that is 12 dollars higher than what you agreed to pay on *******. **************** refused to rectify the error they made twice. They should be reported for fradulent consumer behavior.

      **** offers the WORST customer service ever. Their QR Code return service doesn't work, their "customer service" hours are highly limited. They don't answer the phone. They don't call you back. I would never buy another **** product again.

      If I could rate **** 0, I would. I purchased a pair of the Sacha boots- black tool. The boots I received were a solid Color and not two tone which is shown in advertising on **** website. It is very disappointing that this company has poor customer service, false advertising and does not respond back to customer complaints. I feel robbed and scammed. Never again will I order from this scamming company!!!!

      Very frustrated right now with trying to mage return.1.Phone repeatedly hangs up on me stating above average call volume when I try to get help 2. Online return does not recognize my order despite me having a receipt in front of me 3. Sending email through customer support supplying the order number my name and the specific shoe is still not getting me a clear way to return or exchange.4. Email responses from likely a bot start out addressed to a ****** when no where in my communication is a ****** mentioned 5. Each communication that I recieve is unhelpful and reminds me that after 30 days you will not accept my return. It feels like **** is avoiding legitimate complaints at all costs. As far as I am concerned this is fraudulent. I love your shoes and have probably ***** pairs but this has me enraged. Worse customer service I have ever experienced.I expect so much more from ********************* ***************************

      I recently purchased a pair of the ******** boots, and while I initially loved the style and fit, I have experienced significant discomfort due to the boots rubbing on my heels. Despite the boots being the correct size, the discomfort has made it impossible for me to continue wearing them.Upon researching the issue, I discovered that I am not the only customer facing this problem. Several other individuals have shared similar experiences with the same style of boot on various blogs and forums. I reached out to their customer service about this several times and literally heard nothing back. They are an awful company and I don't know how they are still in business.

      Really shocked at how poor their customer service is. I received a pair of **** Campus boots ($498) and they are damaged. I do like the boots although they honestly did not look well made. I just want to exchange them for the same pair but their website isn't allowing me to do so.You can't get through by phone or chat. I did eventually receive a few unhelpful email responses but like I said, unhelpful! ****** from **** apologized but apologies really don't help with returning merchandise. She sent me a link to the return/exchange page...also unhelpful. This is a one and done for me!

      I purchase a pair of **************************** Belted boots for myself in mid December. I received them quickly and put them in my closet in their box. On Christmas Day I opened the box and noticed a very strong odor coming from the boots. It is a strong chemical odor and does not smell the least bit like leather. Not only do they smell bad, they are thin and cheaply made. I wore the boots on Christmas, hoping that the odor would dissipate but it only seemed to get stronger with wear. My family members could literally smell this horrible, irritating odor from across the room. I would like to return these boots, but I cannot for the life of me get in touch with anyone in this company. I have tried by email, by chat and with social media. Again, I would like to return, but I refuse to pay the return shipping for a product that is completely unwearable. I have purchased so many pairs of **** Boots in my lifetime, and have never returned anything to ****. I am mostly disappointed with their lack of customer service. They apparently don't care about their customers, one of whom they have lost. Never again.

      Terrible experience. I lost 27$ just for trying their boots. They explained that its just their policy so I do not recommend ever ordering. Runs very small, I even sized up and couldnt even get on. Very slow customer service as well
