I place my order on april 10th *************** I received the wrong pair of boots and in the wrong size. I ordered a 42 in the ****** gotta style but received 37 in the **** style. I ordered corduroy booties Christian ************* on November 4, 2024. The shoes got delivered. I wore them two times a total of maybe six hours when one of the shoes tip in the front came apart and started laughing. I contacted the company I sent pictures like they asked from all angles you can see theshoes have not been worn much and they want to repair them. The shoes were $1600 for spending all that money I would like a new pair I dont wanna have shoes that would cost that much.Customer Answer

I purchased a pair of boots (Order # *************) on 3/7/2024 for $1,695.00. One of the eye hooks on the boots broke off after only wearing them a handful of times. Louboutin sent me a *** label to send them the boots so they could get them repaired. I shipped them in the beginning of October 2024. They said it would take 2-4 weeks. It is now almost January 2025- I have emailed them 3 times, and called them 3 times. They will not respond to emails, and they will not pick up their phone. I really just want my boots back. I purchased a pair of sandals for my husband from Christian Louboutin store in **********************Initially, the sales rep ******* told me the size was not available. She then called me back and stated she had a size 45. I told her I was at work; I could not check the size I previously purchased. I had to ****** the size since I'm not familiar with the European sizing. I voiced my concern regarding the size 45 was equivalent of men's US size 12. I told her I just purchased 2 shoes with her 2 days prior, as long as they're the same fit then go ahead and bill me. She assured me they would fit.The sandals did not fit my husband. The previous size I purchased was 44. I was deceived by this sales representative just so she can make the sale. Upon going to the store, I was told this was a final sale. I stated I wasn't looking for a refund. I simply wanted an exchange for the same style or a different shoe that fits. I was rejected for that as well. I showed her my text message with her which stated my concern for the size she told me. She simply ignored me. She said it's the store's policy. There's nothing she can do. I'm upset that I paid for sandals my husband will not be able to wear. I've purchased many shoes from this store. I purchased nail polish on 12/16/24 and was given the wrong delivery date so I asked customer service for help with the return. It look ages ti get a hold of someone by phone. Because of the incorrect delivery date, I wouldnt be there when the parcel arrived so this co. tried to have the package intercepted and returned back to them. Had they listed the right delivery date in the first place, we wouldnt be in this mess. They said I wouldnt get my money back until the package was returned and counted in their warehouse. From the tracking details, it looks like it wont be getting back to them until January 3rd so it will be even longer than that to provide the refund, **************** said it was their policy to wait. All in all, theyre keeping my money for an excessive amount of time - regardless of how small - for their problem. Not fair.Customer Answer

My name is ******* ******, and I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at the Christian Louboutin store in *****************, ** on 9/1/24. I also spoke with the Store Manager and customer service representatives on 9/3/24.I received a pair of shoes as a birthday gift on *******, which was purchased on 12/13/2020. Unfortunately, I was not aware of the store's exchange and return policies as I did not have the original receipt, and the gift receipt was not signed to acknowledge the return/exchange policy and procedures. The shoes are brand new, still in the original box and bag, without a scratch. I simply want to exchange them for something comfortable that I can use. However, I felt disrespected by the way I was treated as if I had stolen the shoes.I was advised by a customer service representative to sell the shoes online, which I found unprofessional. I believe that since the purchase was made in-store, I should be able to exchange the item there. I do not wish for a refund; I only want to exchange the shoes, which were purchased for $700.00.Therefore, I kindly request that the company either exchange the shoes or allow me to return them. The shoe style is still available on your website and is not discontinued. I purchased a pair of CL shoes that were defected. I sent them back according to protocol and requested a refund. This was in March 2024. Return was accepted and a refund was granted however after waiting and not receiving refund, I called to inquire about refund. Rep stated it was sent to my account on 14 June and I should give it more time. My bank advise me to have CL trace the refund. After calling several times, I have just gotten lie after lie and and only advised to give more time as they are having trouble with their refund system. I'm really disappointed in this company. On 2/26/24 I bought a pair of shoes for my brother birthday for ******* I called the next morning and canceled my order the manager was so nasty on phone his name was **** he said he cant cancel order its to late he lied straight to me I know he couldnt be done shipping it be because it was Sunday morning and he just did not want to send email to cancel it the. He tells me I should ship it back and then he would refund my card today is 3/4/24 and the warehouse in ******** ********** has the shoes and it shows on the tracking when I called them they said next week will proses your refundBusiness Response

Unfortunately, once Christian Louboutin was contacted on 2/26 at 9:52AM the payment method was charged and the order was processed by the warehouse facility to be shipped. Our systems don't permit cancellation or modification once the payment method has been charged. The order was then refused via *** and returned to our warehouse facility and delivered on 3/3. It can take 5-10 business days for any return to be checked into the system for a refund or exchange. On 3/4 Christian Louboutin requested that this return be checked in and prioritized. The return was checked in and the refund was processed in full on 3/4. Please see attached documents.Customer Answer

CL can't modify or cancel orders systematically/technology wise once these steps have been completed
The *** package was returned to sender and delivered to our warehouse facility on 3/3
A refund was processed on the original payment method on 3 / 4There is no further action for us to take regarding this transaction. Please see the attached credit memo for the funds returned to the original payment method.

We purchased (1st time buyers) a pair of boots on 12/9 as a Christmas gift at ******************** in *******. They were supposed to arrive to our home within a few days according to the sales person ******. We did ask for them to be shipped to the store but we were told that is not an option. Christmas came and no box. We ended up going to another store to make a purchase instead ofcourse. We were told eventually that *** lost the package. We would have to wait until they take responsibility to pay the store who will then and only then give us a refund. The store manager ****** was told about the issue and never followed up. Never received a single call and she was never available to communicate. I finally got her on the phone today and she blamed ****** and *** for the lost package and zero communication.So here we are 3 weeks later. No refund, no boots. We will never purchase anything here again. We will be forced obviously to go to the department stores that offer the brand. This store manager has shown no interest in assisting. The company has shown no interest in the customer being out $1400. I asked for the person she reports to and was told hes not available for a few weeks. Really disappointed that such a high end brand employs a store manager who is obviously not equipped to run a store or deal with customers in a professional manner. I purchased a pair of shoes from the boutique in saks in May. The shoes cost $1095 and the second time I wore them the strap completely ripped off. I attempted to have the shoes fixed and the company never got back to me. I followed up again and still no response. I went to saks to see what they can do. The manager attempted to send them to a repair shop. Never heard back. I called to follow up many weeks later and not only does the manager not work at the company anymore but no one told me the shoe couldnt be fixed. They attempted to find a new part for me.
