Zotic charged me for a subscription that i had already cancelled, then after confirming that they cancelled it again and refunded the money, charged me again, but now they wont respond.Customer Answer

I had a issue with this company about a month subscription I didnt agree to paying I reach out to them multiple times about into I finally got a email back saying they will take care of the issue the charges stop then started back up so I reached out to them again they refund me the money they took out now almost 6 months later Im still getting charges from them and now they charged me twice which over drafted my bank account. I reach out to them several times and receive one email from the before the holiday saying they did cancel and remove my name and account off the listed that they would look into why Im getting charges but I havent received any response from them since. I purchased 3 gold chains on June 13th. They said my order would ship within 4 days and arrive with 5-8 days with the shipping I chose. I ordered jewelry from Zotic Jewelry May 30th 2025 and was provided a **** tracking number **********************. A week ago after 3 attempts to get one via email for 3weeks As of July 1st, 2025, the item has not been delivered and the tracking number has not updated in weeks.I contacted the company, and they have not responded or offered a refund or replacement. *** also filed a Missing Mail report with *****I am seeking a full refund and or the item to be re-shipped using a reliable carrier. This delay and lack of communication are unacceptable and reflect poor customer service. I made an order to Zotic on 04/30/25 a 24" necklace and two 8" bracelets which I paid on the same night. I never have a tracking number since my order # ***** on their website it states that it is UNFULFILLED, which the first three days I tough it was normal, but now 05/10/25 and the site it still says UNFULFILLED.I tried to call customer service at ************** and it always sent me thru voicemail, sent an email and an auto respond email came back stating that someone was going to look into my order.Again, I tried to call back today, no response but this time looks like it was about to go thru cause a song started playing which I tough that was normal but then it hangs up. I purchased two pairs of clogs the first pair was clogs -chrome size Men 11/W 12.5. The second pair Cloggs -flame Men 11/W 12.5 both clogs were $59.00 each. My order number is #*****. This companys complete lack of professionalism is appalling. I have been contacting them since October 2024-over half a year-regarding the warranty on my bracelet, and I have yet to receive a response. This is not an isolated case; its clear from countless other complaints that ignoring customers is their standard operating procedure.The fact that they can advertise warranties and customer service while blatantly refusing to honor either one is nothing short of deceptive. Enough is enough. I demand immediate contact and a resolution to this ongoing issue. Every single one of my 4 of my orders which contained 2 jewelry gifts each took exactly 30 days to arrive. After a whole month I no longer need them to gift anymore. I had to purchase and gift something else. All over their website they advertise Quick *************** Easy No-Hassle Returns. They failed to keep the first promise, now that I'm trying to return all this Jewelry which I no longer have any use/need for. The return process is anything but Free, Easy, or Hassle-Free. Out of no where I'm being told there's a $15 or 15% restocking fee, whichever gets them more money. Also that I have to pay for the return shipping on-top of that. Nowhere does it mention restocking fee & return shipping fee anywhere near the ****** Free Shipping advertised in their Return/Refund policy on the website.
