    Transaction Date: 11/17/2023 Amount: $148.71 Business committed to seelling a body pillow product.The business never gave a proper order confirmation, no shipping details, but immediately took the money.They have no phone number, only an email address. The email auto-responds that they will contact within ***** hours which never happened.They never responded in a detailed and specific way about my issue or my order.I took a screenshot of the checkout. Order# GAPN0DKMV.I formally requested a refund and got no response.I am now forced to call my credit card company to dispute the charge.

    Item preordered in July when I found out I was pregnant. Preorder suggested that the customer would receive first shipment when product was available. Received email stating that product would "ship in two weeks" in August. After two weeks, I followed up. The response was that the item was out of stock (but should not be for something like a preorder). Have sent more than 6 followup emails the customer service, from different email addresses, since with NO response - not even an acknowledgement of my inquiry! By the time I receive this my pregnancy will be over.It is also too late to dispute it with my credit card as they have ignored me for so long.I am asking for the company to:A) acknowledge the disrespect shown by ignoring my inquiries and apologize. B) ship the item in the correct color immediately C) provide a $25 refund for the egregious disrespect and unnecessary wait time.

    I was contacted by ***** of Yana by email claiming I had a $40 credit. I went to the website and attempted to order a pillow cover. The website said it couldn't be shipped to my address. Which is unbelievable since they were ***** to ship the pillow to me. Scam of some sort? In *****'s email, it said to contact her if there was a problem. I did and it said she would be in contact in 24 to 48 hours. Sure enough, I got a response, the same email telling me I had a $40 credit and that she, again, would be in contact in 24 to 48 hours. The website has no phone number to call or any other way to get in contact other than email. So far, the business has been unresponsive.

    Purchase Date: March 5th Order Total for 2 Items: $330.60 Missing Item Cost: $89.00 before tax I am extremely upset with this company. While the pillow is great, I did not have one of the items delivered (eucalyptus pillow case).I have contacted customer service several times now and nobody has responded to me. Im so frustrated at this point. I feel like they have absolutely no accountability or responsibility for their shipping error.I have tried to do everything to resolve this on my end, but they are not responsive. I really want my money back for the missing item. Ideally, I wouldve liked the pillowcase to be delivered but I have zero communication from the company. They dont seem to want to correct this problem.

    On December 12, 2022 I ordered a sleep pillow from Yana Sleep over the internet. The company took the payment from **************** on that date in the amount of $228.97. No merchandise has arrived. I attempted to contact them several times. They do not offer telephone ***************** Instead they only accept communication via email at **************************** The email does not work. I tried contacting the company on Instagram and LinkedIn. They do not respond. I tried to post a review on their website. They only allow posts with three stars or greater to post! Upon investigation the internet is littered with people in my identical situation. I do not want this to happen to any more people. Please help.

    I purchased a pillow from them on Dec 8th 2022. Purchase price was $266.97. This was order number ****. Product was Yana 360 degree body pillow - cooling gel. I received a shipping email from *************************** via **************** on Dec 9th 2022. There is no tracking number, but a tracking button to press in the body of the email that doesn't work. The product has not arrived. The contact email *************************** is not reachable. I have 14 failed emails. So essentially I have no product and the company will not respond. I see from the review section of the website *************************** that numerous other people are in the same boat. Also they will not accept a review unless it is at least 3 stars, but is look like many people think this business is a scam.

    I ordered a pillow two weeks ago and almost immediately received an email that the product had been shipped. A week later I sent an email inquiring (the tracking said label created but it had no in fact shipped). The email bounced back and then another did as well. I send a DM on Instagram and did not receive a reply. I then noticed that many people had left comments on their Instagram with identical stories. I dont believe this business has or intends to distribute their product.

     After several unsuccessful attempts to reach them, the business responded responded to a DM on Instagram saying that the item had been shipped. I responded that I didnt believe them to be correct. I didnt hear for a few days and then they responded apologizing and would look into it and I didnt hear anything back. I did however ask for a refund from ******** Expressed and they complied.

    We ordered a sleep pillow from "Yana Sleep" on December 14, 2022 for a total of $228.16. With order number #****. We received the pillow after Christmas. After not liking the product we checked the company's website for return instructions and refund policy. The only instructions state you must reach out to them at ***************************** to initiate a return. We have sent emails several times now and all bounce back. Upon further review of the company's instagram page, we see countless customers commenting that the same and complaining that there is no way to get in touch with the company. These complaints date back over 20weeks prior. I then sent a direct message to the company on Instagram in the hopes of getting in touch with someone. I got an initial response to my message and then radio silence. For such an expensive product for there to be NO way to contact this company properly is disgusting.

    October 25th 2022 order #**** placed for body pillow and extra cover I received pillow not extra cover. I have emailed but they are returned undeliverable. I looked at ******** and many people are saying same thing about company you can not get support. I want my product or refund for product not shipped but I was charged for shipping and taxes.

    A 360 body pillow with an extra pillow cover was ordered on December 9, 2022. The pillow arrived about 10 days after the order.. however, no pillowcase was included. There was no explanation about where the missing item was.Multiple attempts for me to contact the company. Why are there posted email address on the company's website. All emails bounced back as undeliverable.. within needed to reach out to other social media venue, such as Instagram and ******** to find an alternate way to contact the company.The company has answered on Instagram on on December 28 that the missing item is on back order. We have asked to be contacted directly by the company to discuss this further because we want our money back. There is no stated date when the item will be available..Multiple messages needed to be sent on Instagram before a company representative even bother to answer.I am legally blind and it's much easier for me to talk to somebody directly because I have to do everything by dictation. I asked multiple times as a reasonable accommodation to my visual impairments that a company representative. Call me directly on my provided phone number.. no one has called. No one has offered money back on a nearly hundred dollar bill for this pillow cover. It is not even clear who is answering on Instagram.
