    I ordered this dress on Jun 10, 2025.Received it June 28, 2025 Been trying and emailing ******************************** as instructed to get a return authorization. Ive emailed three times and still no answer back. I do not want to replace it. I want to send it back and my debit card credited back!

    April, 2025, ordered two dresses from **************************, both were received several weeks later and material is very VERY poor quality, one dress was completely see through. Have requested to return items for full refund, per their online policy and still have not received information on how to return and receive refund. They offered small amount of refund and for me to keep the dresses, but they are useless to me and I just want the money back. It has been 2 months of emails back and forth with me asking for full refund pursuant to their return policy with no resolution. BUYERS ****** OF THIS COMPANY

    Ordered 3 dresses from a company called Valanio on April 27, 2025. The amount of purchase was $182.97. On May 27th still no dresses and was billed on April 28th, I text the company and told them to cancel my order and refund my money. They said they could not stop the shipment. I had told them that I needed the dresses for an event that had already passed. The dresses did not fit properly anyway when I received them on June 10th. Their response was when I received them to give them as gifts.I have tried to contact them and get absolutely no response

    On April 24 I purchased 2 dresses online from Valanio I received them in between 2-3 weeks but was shocked at the poor quality. Their return policy is clearly stated on their website and I followed their instructions. I contacted customer service by email and requested a refund. After 5 days they responded saying all they could offer was $20 and I could keep the dresses. I responded saying I wanted a full refund according to their policy. After another 4 days they responded offering me $48 and I could keep the dresses. Again I responded that I will never wear these due to the inferior quality. After 4 days they responded with their final offer of $54. Again I responded no thank you I want a full refund. This time they responded that a full refund would be issued when I returned the dresses to an address in *****. Their website states that their products ship from their manufacturer in ***********. I responded that I would gladly pay for the return to their manufacturer there. They advertise on their website as an ***************** This is a quote from their website. Our company has manufacturing plant in **************, ***. So our products are shipped quickly, and they are all manufactured in and shipped from ********, **, *** I have not heard back from them. Thank you in advance for your assistance in this matter.

    At this time, I have been contacted directly by Valanio regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    I filed a dispute with my credit card company 2 weeks ago. The company claims they have refunded me but they have not. I called my credit card company yesterday and they have not heard from Valanio and no money has been refunded by them.

    I ordered an outfit from this company and it does not fit and I am trying to return it for a refund and they will not take it back.I have sent messages to them but no satisfaction .

    The company advertised that the product was made in *************. The dress I received was terrible quality so I asked for a refund. I also realized the garment was made in *****. They offered $8 and I could keep the dress. I refused, reminding them of their promise of a "free refund" They provided an address in *****. It's $50 to ship there. The fastest is an offer of $28 dollars. Almost all correspondence is attached below including the order number.

    At this time, I have been contacted directly by Valanio regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because they have refused a full refund unless I ship the item "made in ************** " to ******  That would cost me $50.     Order placed April 27 for women's clothing "made in **************" per ******** ad. Card charged May 1. Mailing label created May 4. As of May today (May 14) **** has not received mailing. I emailed the customer service email provided on my order confirmation asking about my order on May 8. No response. I emailed again later on May 8. No response. On May 9 I began researching the company and found numerous complaints, low ratings, accusations of scam site and cheap product probably coming from ***** if at all with no option for return or refund and no ** address available. As my order had still not shipped I immediately emailed again (May 9) cancelling my order and filing a dispute with my credit card company. That same day (May 10, I received a response telling me my order had shipped but **** had just not updated their systems. I again told them I had cancelled my order and no longer wanted it and to credit my card. They just wrote me back again in a message that did not sound like English was their their first language telling me to "please keep waiting patiently" and ignoring my request to cancel and for refund. I have kept all the emails as well as all the times I've checked the tracking site only to find nothing has happened except a mailing label being printed since May 4. Then I got an email sent at 4:31 AM today (May 14), I'm sure that's South Carolina time... saying "sorry, when it is shipped out, we can't cancel it"... but offered me $7 for the delay... a tactic reported by many others on a ******** site established by others that have been taken in by this scam! The tracking still shows nothing has been accepted by **** tracking. Which means it hasn't reached the **. Yes! This scam is apparently so far reaching there is a ******** titled "Valanio clothing. ************". Zipped files of emails and Ad claims by Valanio are too large to are still too large too attach but can be seen at Advertising fraud can be seen at **************************.

    I saw an ad on ******** for a dress under this company name. I ordered it . The add advertised that they were based in ******** in the **. Then I started to notice the same stock picture of the dress kept popping up on ******** under different company names. I gave it the benefit of the doubt though as there was no phone number to call to cancel the order. It took about a month to come in and it is the biggest scam and not at all what was in the picture. Again there's no phone number to call for customer service so I emailed saying that one I received the wrong size and that this was not at all what they advertised. I got an email back saying that they would give me an $8 credit to keep it which I refused. Then they offered an $18 credit for me to keep it which again I refused. They finally gave me an address in ***** to return it, which again this was advertised is coming from ******** so just shows right there that this is a scam. And for me to ship this back to ***** would cost more than what I paid for it. I would like for them to pay for the shipping for me to return this and give me a full refund. They knew when advertising that it was all lies and not at all what they made it out to be.

    4.18.25 purchased 3 dresses from Valanio. $151.02 through ********. Ad indicated dresses made here in the ** in **************. I do not purchase anything that is made in *****. Dresses arrived: poor quality; too small; and with tags that state made in *****. No return instructions. Located an email that I reached out to right away expressing the above and that I: want to return them; and, am requesting a full refund. They responded with I could keep the dresses and they would refund me $30.00. I told them: I want to return the dresses; and that I want a full refund. No response from them.
