    Received an 18oz black as a Christmas gift, the silicone gasket has leaked since day one. I just read several reviews and then realized this item is out of NY, which probably explains the quality of the reviews and quality of the products. Not even going to give them a chance to reject me.

    i ordered 2 lids for my Zeus bottle 10/9/23 they only sent me one and after emailing there support ive been ignored. its been 10 days now stay away from these thieves

    I purchased a replacement lid from them that was missing the silicone gasket. The listing on their website clearly states that replacement lids include this gasket. The lid arrived without one, and is useless without it (leaks constantly). When I emailed support, they twice sent me the listing to purchased a new set of three gaskets instead of sending me the part that was supposed to have been included in my purchase in the first place.

    I purchased an insulated water bottle that needed a replacement for the lid. I got on their website to order a replacement which seemed easy to do. They offered choices of colors one of which was not available. I ordered the replacement as well as an additional item and paid for these items to be shipped. The items arrived sooner than expected only to discover that a ********************************* place of the lid that was ordered. Several attempts to contact them have gone unanswered since the ONLY way to contact is their support e-mail. The only thing I received from them was the confirmation of my order. Still getting no responses when I go to their support website which I get a message that someone will reach out to assist me, which nobody has. The only thing I seek is to have the item that was ordered sent or a refund of the item that was not sent.

    I've ordered from this company in the past with no issues, until now! I placed an order on 6/27/23 for straws and a replacement lid that they had informed me was back in stock. I received the straws on 7/6/23 but to this day there's no information, other than being fulfilled or not yet fulfilled. I've emailed several times and left messages through their site chat option. I have never received any response. I finally found a phone number for them here and in another online search, so I will try calling both numbers and will probably send an "old fashioned" snail mail letter to the 2 office addresses I have found. They had no trouble charging me for the entire order rather than for just what was shipped, and I paid my card company since I'd never had problems with them in the past. This was definitely my last order though and I'll find another brand in the future!

    A bunch of thieves? I placed an order on June 27 for some lids for one of their cups. The charges cleared my credit card two days later and I received one email from them, confirming the order. As of July 20 I have not received the an email with shipping info nor have I received the product. No response from the two emails I've sent to date. I see they have an office in LA somewhere. Time for a visit? (and the only reason this company got one star is that there is no option for zero)

    I purchased two sets of cups for my children and the design is coming off the cups and leaving residue in other cups when they are stacked. I found some of the decal residue floating in my child's drink. I think this is very unsafe; to the point that I feel the product should be recalled. I attempted to contact the company on multiple occasions and provided them pictures, and have yet to receive a response. I am extremely upset about their lack of concern. I have stopped using the cups and was hoping the company would send me safe ones.

    On 2/2 I purchased 2 ranger lid and straw replacements. On 2/3 my bank was charged for the lids and straws. I waited the 7 to 10 days thinking maybe it would take time. I have emailed the site several times as I received no tracking or order information. Still no lids and no response. How very frustrating to run a business that people want to buy from and have such horrible customer service and do not provide a way for customers to call them. I guess I am just out the cost and will stay clear of this company again.
