    While the products themselves are top notch, the customer service is far from adequate and the company is deeply discriminatory. I left a glowing product review on an item that I purchased but Squishable refused to publish said review because I mentioned that I and my partner are transgender. This is quite ironic due to the fact that the item in question was clearly inspired by the trans pride flag.

    Hi Dr. ******* goodness! I'm afraid you may have gotten the wrong idea entirely! You posted your review over Memorial Day weekend, when no one here ********** most kids brands, our website reviews don't auto-post - we go through them once or twice a week tocheck for adult language. Your review was approved on the normal schedule - last Wednesday - along with all the other reviews from the previous week. We are a NY-based group of artists, which means pretty much by definition we are proud supporters of all things *****, with big charity campaigns each yearwith related philanthropies. Our Pride Month Moth (which raises money for the ***** charity the **************) is due out in just two days. Fun fact: Our Plague Doctor character is canonically nonbinary.     Squishable is a company that produces fantastic products that they cannot possibly afford to create. Their upper level management (CEO level) is unconcerned with the longevity of their company. 40+ Squishable branded stores will pop up in malls across ******* only to close within months due to poor money management, lack of proper employee training, and no diligence from the district management. They value quantity over quality regarding new product and new stores. Employees are fleeing in droves in an attempt to get off of the sinking ship that this company is attempting to make float. New product is dropped multiple times a month on their e-commerce website in an attempt to ignore the metric tons of product sitting in a large warehouse they are unable to make move. Service level employees that broke multiple rules in the company were not reprimanded nor punished for months due to the lack of management on every front. Upper level management will collect their paychecks only to reprimand their subordinates for not doing enough, despite not being given appropriate training or management ************* saddens me that Squishable, a beloved brand by many, is headed down this pit of no return. I fully expect the closure of most of their brick and mortar stores within the next year as the lick their self-inflicted wounds of poor financial and managerial decisions, and it would not surprise me if they headed into the direction of online only. The product is high quality. Prices for these high-end plush toys are skyrocketing to put band-aids on these issues. Staff will never see the pennies that come from these purchases. At what point will they see the writing on the wall?

    I ordered an item on 8 sept 24. I paid more in shipping than the item because I needed it by 12 Sep 24. According to their shipping policy most orders ship 1 business day after order. So I chose 2 day shipping which according to their policy would be at my house by Thursday. Its 12 sep 24 and the item hasnt been shipped. Wasted $36 for shipping.

    After shopping with Squishable for years, I have never had a bad experience like I did this December. I ordered 2 different double packs of Squishable Plague Doctors, Spooky couple on Nov 22 and Blue Holiday on Dec 2 (coming to roughly $230 with shipping and adjustment from USD to CAD). After a few days the Holiday shipped and the Spooky were still sitting in warehouse, no problem, I sent them a quick email and they assured me they were both on their way. A week passes and Spooky is still in warehouse and Holiday are being held by customs. Customer support told me to reach out to ***** to see what was up and they promised to reship the Spooky Duo. ***** told me I had to pay and extra $47 to get Holiday released from customs, for improper or missing paperwork, or they were sending them back. When I reached out to Squishables for help they stopped responding to my emails and refused to communicate what was going on. I was refunded a day later with no explanation or apology for their shipping mistake, and still waiting on Spooky Duo. On Dec 28 I finally had enough and emailed them telling me to just refund the Spooky Duo as it had been over a month of waiting, they were still sitting in the US because they were ALSO being held by customs for improper paperwork and I was done waiting in limbo with no communication or explanation. My email was never responded too but the refund was issued within the hour. I am beyond frustrated and am shocked at how poorly this entire situation played out. It's Christmas, I understand how busy it is, but to stop responding to emails and to take $200 from someone and then have ***** request more because Squishables didn't give them their proper documentation? I'll be looking at secondary retailers here in ****** from now on, I think this situation has soured the previous very positive experiences I've had with this company.

    Oh dear! I'm really sorry to hear it! It's true that International orders are a little more complicated than domestic ones, which is why we also have a ******************** (Squishable.ca) to make it easier for our neighbors up north to get what they want. We know they don't always get everything as quickly as our main website though. It appears that both orders were sent out on time, but both were refused by ******** customs. We did promptly re-ship, and this time the shipment was outright rejected - the packages came back to us as a "return to sender". Once that happened, we refunded ASAP. Please know that we definitely emailed you every step of the way, but your email address is bouncing - we get an error back from your server. That means you aren't receiving any of our notes walking you through what's going on. It could be that you have us flagged as spam in your system, or that your mailbox is full, or that your server is offline, or another reason. I hope that helps!     I just have to share the consistently fabulous experiences I have had with Squishable, especially at the ******************** location. You cannot help but smile when you walk into that store with tons of adorable toys/accessories and the most welcoming, helpful staff, especially ****************, and *****! Everyone is so friendly, and they really get to know their customers and care about them. All the employees have helped me find what I was looking for and have even held items and called me when new ones that I wanted came in. Incredible service; the store is always a pleasure to visit!I have also had multiple seamless online orders and, on one occasion, a wonderful experience with customer service via email where representative ****************** helped me so much! I highly praise and recommend Squishable to all!!!

    I pre ordered the Mothman Squishable in AUGUST. I saw everyone get theirs on Reddit beginning of November, waited until December to reach out to customer service. They told me they sent another one out, again, never showed. Reached out again December 20th, they sent another one out. Again, never arrived. I finally asked for a refund. All tracking numbers emailed to me (I wasn't sent tracking info for the final attempt) show no shipping action beyond the label being made. Extremely disappointed as it was meant to be a Christmas gift.

    Hello there! Agh! I'm so sorry to hear this was a rough experience - every once in a while there's a perfect storm of shipping issues, and this time it looks like your poor little ******* was the victim! A warehouse error was the culprit in the first instance, but we immediately reshipped it to you. That second shipment shows that **** delivered it on time; sometimes when someone has trouble finding a package it's possible that a neighbor accepted it for you, or that it was delivered somewhere you weren't expecting. So you never know, that little guy might still surface! Not a problem though, as soon as you told us you were having trouble finding it, we put a third shipment in. This is where we had to do a bit of detective work :) It looks like because **** showed it had arrived, and we'd already shipped it twice, our system assumed that this was just a duplicate and cancelled your order. Whew! Thanks for helping us find a bug in our system, though I know it's not much comfort! In any case, at your request we did issue a refund and our sincerest apologies, and allow me to reiterate them again now! A bunch of things going wrong on the same order like this is pretty weird! So to put some heft behind the apology, we're sending you another Mini Mothman one more time, for free! You should have tracking information shortly, and we're watching this one like a hawk to make sure it goes through without any of the bad luck of its ill-fated friends.     **** & *** with squishable support helped me so much. I had a squishable delivered to my cousin for Christmas and had a problem with the address *** ** couldn’t fix. I reached out to these two from squishable support and they went out of their way to help me out and they were able to fix everything. It was a very easy and stress free experience thanks to them.
