    I placed an order with RoC Skincare through my **************** (it seems it went through Shop Pay because it allowed me to autofill my debit card info at checkout) on June 3, 2025, and paid $78.54 in full at the time of placing my order. According to tracking, the package was marked as delivered by **** on June 10, 2025, but it was never actually delivered to me. I see *** eCommerce handled shipping, and **** supposedly delivered (I never received a delivery).I live alone in a residential home with security camera footage at my front door, and I confirmed no delivery took place at the stated time. I contacted ***'s customer service multiple times via email, explained the situation in detail, and asked for either a refund or replacement. I even verified my address and delivery details. I have been a loyal customer, who at one point received subscription deliveries. I've never had an issue until recently.Despite repeated attempts to resolve this politely, *** refused to take responsibility and has now stopped responding altogether. I am now pursuing a chargeback through my bank and filing this complaint with the BBB to document my experience and hopefully protect future customers from a similar issue. I have also attempted to contact my local **** numerous times with no luck, even going so far to file a ticket but was unsuccessful due to "technical difficulties."I am requesting a full refund of $78.54 or an immediate reshipment of the items I purchased. I am very disappointed in RoC's lack of concern.

    Last Saturday I bought the *** multi correxion crepe repair face and neck cream. When I put the cream on for the first time on Sunday this fowl smell came from the cream. Being the first time I buy this cream I thought that was quite odd but used it again on Monday. Now I have little bumps on the right side of my face. I am taking the time to write this complaint because maybe Im not the only one to whom this has happened.

    I ordered a gift set: RETINOL CORREXION Line Smoothing Eye Cream RETINOL CORREXION Deep Wrinkle Night Cream RETINOL CORREXION Line Smoothing Night Serum Capsules Mini RoC Signature Bag (made from recycled plastic bottles)When received it was missing 2 of the items. No signature bag and no capsules either

    On mid October, 2022, I placed an order on RoC Skincare's website for 2 bottles of Multi Correxion Even Tone + Lift Night Cream. When l received the items, I immediately opened the bottles and saw that the cream were both discolored. I emailed them immediately and informed them about the issue. They advised me to send a picture of the cream and the bottom side of the bottles. Then, they emailed me back and told me that the cream were both in the time frame to be still useable. I spent $20/bottle and I deserve to receive an item that is of at satisfactory condition. They are willing to refund me for the cost but they would not answer the expenses for the return shipping of the items. They sent me an item that were of unsatisfactory condition and so, I believe that they should shoulder the return shipping cost. Your assistance on this matter is highly appreciated.
