    I placed an order with Myro months ago (October). On January 10th I was informed that my order was being packed. Here it is 2 months later and I still do not have my order. I am very unhappy with Myro's website and lack of customer service.

    I received an email stating that I had an incoming order from Myro. I did not initiate an order and had previously cancelled my auto ship, so I initially ignored the email. On 2/26/24 an order showed up at my house. The logo on the invoice looked pixilated as if it was copied off the website and pasted onto the page. The package came in a brown mailer and the deodorant did not come with boxes around the refills, just the the cylinders. I emailed Myro on 2/26/24 once I confirmed that I was indeed charged for the order and that I had no active auto ships. Myro's website shows my last order as occuring in Feb of 2023.

    I received an email today, stating that order number #****** is on the way. The issue that I didn't place the order & have cancelled the subscriptions, as shown in included screenshot of my account. I have even moved since then, & they are sending it to the previous address. If ANY of my cards get charged, I WILL dispute it & possibly take them to court.

    Over the past eight months, I have attempted to contact Myro several times to cancel my subscription due to not receiving products I've paid for as well as subpar products the one time I did receive my order. I've been unable to reach them via email or any other form of communication, as none are listed on the website. I'm beyond frustrated with their lack of communication and my inability to access my account to cancel. Every time I've gone to the site, the login page refreshes and gives no notice regarding any errors that *** have taken place. I've reset my password several times to the same conclusion. This company is a rip-off. I would never send anyone their way, and I'm utterly disgusted by their customer service or lack thereof.

    Got an email about my card expiring for a subscription service with Myro. Tried to login with the intention of cancelling and couldn't, figured a glitch would check back later. A few days after my card gets charged, I email to try to cancel and be refunded since I couldn't log in. I received no reply since I first emailed December 4th. I have sent in 2 other emails, I have sent messages to them on social media and last comments since then with no reply. The only thing I've gotten is an email that was clearly a bulk send out saying there would be delays in shipping this was about mid December. I don't even have the product I was charged which I don't even want but was unable to even get into this site to cancel.

    I have ordered from this company several times over the last 5 years and it was always fine, until last year. I placed an order and waited several months for it to ship, with no communication from the company regarding the delay. When I contacted them, they responded, citing shipping delays. It took several more weeks, but eventually I received my order. One of my orders was a recurring subscription, but it was stated that they would contact me prior to charging me to confirm the order. I never received that communication, only a communication that I had been charged for the order. I still had not received my initial order, so I certainly wasn't ready for a refill. When I contacted them, I received no response. I tried to login to my account, however, the website would only refresh the login page when I entered my information. I emailed again about this and the request to cancel my order. I received an answer saying they were having website trouble, but my request to cancel my order was ignored. I email 4-6 more times, and received no response. When I finally received a response, it was obviously scripted and simply stated that there were shipping delays, but my order would ship soon. I responded to that email stating that I did not want this order. No one responded. I have email twice more since then with no response. I know the amount of money is not much, but pretty soon, my subscription may trigger another charge and I do not want to work with this company any more.

    I previously had an auto-ship subscription with Myro but at some point last year they started having significant issues fulfilling orders. In May or June last year they were to ship but after several months had not. I was finally able to get them to cancel and refund. I asked them to cancel future subscriptions and was promised they did so. I received a notification in December another shipment was coming I immediately responded and asked them not to ship. No response of course. I have tried to log in but the platform now sends me in an endless loop of password not recognized, reset your password and when I do, not recognized. I am unable to gain access to my account and have now emailed 6 times and gotten no response. My credit card wont refund the claim as it is a subscription service and I need to cancel with the merchant.

    I placed an order on December28, 2023 and it started a subscription. My card was charged for the order. I have never received an email saying my order shipped. I cannot get into my account to update the subscription. I have emailed customer help 4 times regarding order status and not being able to cancel my subscription so it only orders when I place one. I've created an account and tried changing my password so many times it's ridiculous. I have received no response to any emails to customer support. There's no phone number I can call to speak with an actual person. At this point, I just want my money back and my subscription canceled so I don't keep getting charged for items I never get.

    I received an email on 12/2/2023 telling me about my next order will be ready to ship on 12/5/2023 and then to use the customer portal to change your subscription. However I can not get into the customer portal to change my subscription or cancel the subscription. so I emailed ********************************* for them to pause my subscription and if they need any more details to let me know. I did not get a response. Then on 12/12/2023 they charged me and sent an email that my order has been confirmed. I then emailed the help email again saying that I did not want to continue my subscription. All I got was an automated response about shipping delays and they were sorry about that. I then tried 3 more times to get into contact with support through their email and just got automated responses.
