Purchased a ring in February 2024 as part of VIP ************** asked twice for shipping fees.Ironic because my ring was never shipped over a year later.Kept promising product, but no delivery. Mirror Health asked me to pay yet another fee to their shipping manufacturer to send the ring I was promised and never received.
its funny also because the ring they mentioned is not gold size 9 . It was blue and another size and I filled out forms more than once and included shipping payments last year! It does not feel good to be scammed but I no longer trust a word they say. What nerve they have asking for more money! On ******** they have asked their supporters for more money to cover their debt when they have outright lied to their customers who literally paid hundreds in faith of their product. They sent this email after they deleted their ************** but I have all the screenshots from their false promises and lies.

I purchased a health tracking ring from this company. They sent me the wrong product and initially said that they would make sure to prioritize your exchange for the correct ring. This was in October of 2025. Since then they have not not exchanged my order and have not responded to my repeated requests for them to exchange it for the correct product. Im at my wits end. In December, I bought my husband a ring for Christmas on 12/18/24. It was $250. They shipped a ring sizing kit and it was received on 12/21/24. We selected a ring size and on 12/26/24, it was confirmed. However, the ring NEVER shipped out and it was never received. I reached out to the business multiple times (the only way to contact them is via email). The most recent was on 2/4/25. They have yet to respond. I placed an order through their pre-order Indigogo campaign. Some customers received their rings, and others did not. They said to email them if there was a problem. I emailed to say that I did not reive what I paid for. I initially got a response *** a form to re-order, but never received any confirmation. Since that day, I have emailed and messaged on social media on multiple occassions, and they refuse to acknowledge or respnd every single time. I purchased the product through a crowd funding campaign. After many delays company shipped the wrong product. They are unwilling to refund the money and unable to ship me the right product. If a company is unable to provide what you paid for, they should refund money. This is a lot of money and they did not deliver what they guaranteed. Please understand, as a crowdfunding project, our capacity to issue refunds is very limited. We are being brutally honest with youunlike established companies with reserve funds, we simply do not have the financial resources to refund payments, as we do not have that money available. However, there is more to it. I have two rings that are incorrect; so they shipped me (2) incorrect items and are unable to address either. The only response I receive is they do not have stock. They do not advise when they are going to have the stock or if they ever intend to produce the correct product ordered in the correct sizes and finishes that I paid for. My assumption would be since there is no advisement on new product that they will not actually produce additional rings. They currently have an active for sale on their website the ability to add to cart and check out both rings in the correct color and size that I ordered. Sounds extremely suspicious that they allow a consumer to purchase product today (that they are unable to right my order from 7 months ago for?

As a small startup, weve faced numerous challenges along the way, and while I know that doesnt excuse the issues you've encountered, I want to be as transparent as possible.
From the beginning, our intention was to create something special, and we deeply appreciate everyone who believed in us by supporting this project. However, as a young company with very limited resources, we've encountered several setbacks and delaysproduction issues, shipping missteps, and, yes, sometimes weve been overwhelmed on the customer service side. Were a tiny team (honestly, just a handful of people) working tirelessly to resolve every issue, but that has meant longer response times than anyone would want.
Regarding the refund request: because the funds from the campaign went directly into producing and shipping the rings, we're unfortunately unable to process refunds at this stage. These funds were not pocketed but fully reinvested into bringing the product to life. We sincerely wish we could have done things better, but as a startup, were still learning and improving along the way.

This was originally advertised as a health tracking ring that would provide multiple ways to monitor your heart function along with some other options through their app. First problem was months of delay with zero updates as to what was happening to even receive the device,and as of today many people still do not have their ring. I do have mine,but most of.what was advertised as to how it would work with the app does not work correctly,or is not even an option at this time. Add to that the app for android took a full month to be available. One of the big things was a way to notify a person of your.choice if you had fallen,or there was a.medical emergency,I live alone,and.did think that would be very helpful,it is not a working option at.this time. The company started off as ****,then changed the name to Mirror Health,no idea why,and they have been very negligent in keeping the customer informed as to what is going on. I realized the company was not being forth coming and.did ask for a.refund,but was told the ring had shipped,which was not true,and they would.not do.any refund. I then contacted my credit card company to try to get the charge removed,but was told it had been past their 30 day refund timeline,so would not help either. At 30 days past placing the order,I was still fairly confident the company would come through,and I would have my fully functioning ring,so.of.cpurse I.did not request a.cancellation at.that time. The lack of transparency,the ridiculous timeline,and fact that the device does not ******* promised has led to this complaint. The name change from **** to Mirror Health was part of a restructuring effort to better align with our vision, but I realize we did not communicate this adequately.
Refund Request: I truly regret that we couldn't fulfill your refund request. Since the funds from our campaign were immediately allocated to production and shipping, we simply dont have the flexibility of a typical retail operation. I took part in an Indiegogo campaign ******************************************************************************************************** to get a ring. I paid for the ring back in February. We were suppose to get it within a few months. Starting in the summer they started to tell all these lies about it being "on the way" and shipping "next week" etc. People all over that indiegogo and ************** *********************************************** were complaining about never getting anything and no responses from the company. I filed a dispute with ******** and got my money back. I told the company so they would take me off their lists. But they did not listen, all of a sudden weeks later a ring showed up. I had never gotten a response or email. I got it end of September and immediately reached out telling them I got my money back and no longer wanted to the product. I had also opened the package and saw that the product was not at all what was promised. It was a very cheap quality and the app that was required didn't even work. So even if I had wanted to use it it was unusable. The Indiegogo never had a policy saying we could not return. So I kept trying to return. For 3+ weeks I've been going back and forth in email getting generic responses that "they're planning a big return and to wait", come to find out that instead they were battling with my credit card company to take my money back. I'm out of work now 2+ months after a job loss. I cannot afford to let them keep $200 for a product that is not what we were sold. If it was what I had bought into I'd be fine to keep it but it's total c*** product and this company is a scam and just avoiding customers. ********* won't help and this slimy company also won't give me more than a "we're working on returns". They also were suppose to have an app which does not work. The product is literally unusable. The link they sent you is a replacement for the first ring. Not a better just a different color. Overall there is a facebook group filled with hundreds maybe thousands of people who either haven't gotten their product or who are really unhappy due to the poor quality and inability to use it because the app does not work. All in all, they misled people with what they would be getting with the $200. I would have NEVER spent that much for a cheap plastic ring and no access to the information through an app. All the things listed here *************************************************************************** regarding app and benefits are the reason why I supported this and NONE of this is available. I would have just gotten Oura ring but they were saying it was better. It's not and we've all been scammed out of $200. I don't care how many times they try to send new colors, the product is crap and there is no app as promised. I want my money back.
