    No Refund, No Response Unshipped Preorder Cancellation Ignored (Order MAR#****)I placed a preorder (Order MAR#****) through the ****** * Store (*********************) on June 23. The item is scheduled to ship August 15, 2025, and as of now remains unshipped and unfulfilled.I reached out to the company to cancel the order, which still hasnt shipped and wont for over a month. I received an email response from a representative (********) acknowledging my request and stating it would be passed to a human agent for review. That was several days ago. I have received no further communication, no resolution, and no refund.Additionally, their website does not clearly state any time-limited cancellation policy during checkout. If a product is unfulfilled and the delivery date is still over a month away, it is reasonable and fair to request a cancellation and refund. U.S. consumer protection law generally supports the right to cancel unshipped orders, especially when services or products have not yet been rendered or delivered.This lack of transparency and customer service feels misleading.     I pre-ordered a Hozier deluxe album in November. When it arrived in December, it arrived damaged and warped and unable to play. I contacted *** company who said they would send out another one. They never did. I contacted multiple times before filing a chargeback with no response. Now **** have simply taken my money, provided a damaged record, and have not responded to any multiple messages about the issue.

    bought a CD on Aug 18, 2024. ive played it 10 times since then, all other times keeping it in its case. today it started skipping a lot, so i look at the cd, and there are microfractures all inside the disc- below the polycarbonate layer, so it is definitely not something i did to it. its in multiple spots in the disc and totally prevents the readability, even error correction doesnt work. for over 23 dollars dropped i would have expected a CD to last longer than less than a year before literally shattering while being played normally. i'd like to get an exchange for a cd that actually works, but hundreds of people complain about Merch Traffic not responding to them in email requests and im not going to wait a month before deciding to file a complaint. i want a functional CD, especially for the price point of an entire new CD player itself, and im not going to wait around just for no response.

    I am filing this complaint again against the **** ***** US Store, which is under *********** and ************************, and the company that hosts the online webstore and merchandise, Merch Traffic. The company has been completely unresponsive after multiple emails sent over the last few months. Additionally, the company has switched off their emails, so they are uncontactable right now. I ordered some music products from an artist, **** *****, who is signed to *** which is a subsidiary of ************************. The products I received were supposed to be signed by **** ***** herself, however, a lot of the photos of the signatures of the exact same items were circulated online and it became apparent that the signatures were not consistent to the point where it was noticeable that they had been signed by many different people. This is taking into account that many signatures from one person can vary as these signatures had different styles and were done in ways that were imitating of ** ****** personal signature that has been recorded in the past. It is my belief that there were at least 2 other people signing these items in *** ****** name alongside herself. Additionally, my items from my order were damaged. I tried contacting her web store with the email address that is given for the orders I placed and her webstore which is ******************************************** I contacted them first on February 26, 2025 and heard nothing from them. I contacted them again on March 8, 2025, and again did not hear from them. I have sent an email today, March 15, 2025 telling them that I would be contacting you as well as disputing the charge with my bank if I did not hear back from them. I would like for these issues with my order to be dealt with in a timely and satisfactory manner. I would appreciate it if these items could be replaced with authentically signed items as was promised or for my orders to be refunded in full.

    Dear Customer Support Team,I recently purchased the alternate cover signed vinyl of order TTM#*****, but upon receiving it, I discovered that **** did not hand-sign the signatures. Instead, they appear to be auto-pen signatures, which are not authentic. This is extremely disappointing and misleading.I opened two of the vinyls, and here are the issues I found:The first one does not contain Tates actual signature.The second one is entirely missing the signed vinyl poster.....Please have it refunded....Given these discrepancies, I am now hesitant to open the third vinyl. When I placed my order, the product was explicitly advertised as a "signed vinyl," which clearly implies that the artist would personally sign it. This constitutes false advertising.I request an immediate resolution and appropriate compensation for this misleading experience. Whether the signatures were outsourced due to over-selling is not my concernwhat matters is that the product was misrepresented. As a fan of ****, I feel deceived, and this situation is unacceptable.If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate my complaint to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and file a report with the ************************ (***) for false advertising and deceptive business practices. The *** explicitly states its mission to protect consumers from fraud and deception in the marketplace.I expect a fair resolution to this matter.     I ordered merchandise through the ************* website. It apparently is handled by merch traffic. My money was withdrawn from my account but I never received a confirmation or tracking information. Any contact info listed on their webpage is not valid.

    We bought three shirts on 6/12/2024.We paid for 2 Large Shirts and 1 XLarge shirt.I received a package from your company with only two shirts in total. You shorted me a size Large shirt.I have emailed your supposed customer service over this issue 8 times.I never get anything but a form letter back promising you will get back to me in 24 hours.NO ONE HAS EVER RESPONDED.I have sent the receipt showing how much you charged me, as well as your packing slip showing what you actually sent.YOU OWE ME A SHIRT OR MY MONEY BACK EITHER WAY YOU OWE ME AN APOLOGY!This has been going on for weeks!Every NYC phone number I have tried says it is not in service.I am agitated and disappointed. We have already gone to the Sphere twice for shows, and you can bet I will not get any more merch from your company. People make mistakes; that is not the issue. The issue is your blatant disregard for customers who have issues because of mistakes that are your fault.

    I ordered from a website, *******************. Merch Traffic is listed as the "contact us" email. I placed and paid for an order on November 23th. 1 item shipped on November 27th. It tracks that the ******************* had received it on December 1st. However, they have completed an investigation and the item was never received nor scanned in. I have contacted Merch Traffic several times. They keep sending generic emails to me with no resolution. There is no phone number listed in order for me to speak with someone directly and no way for me to submit a claim for non receipt of my item.

    Placed order on 11/13/23 for ************************* Christmas sweatshirt, order LRC#****. Several weeks later I sent an inquiry to see when it would ship. A few days later, I received a shipping email with tracking number. The sweatshirt was received and it is terrible quality. This shirt was almost $100 and it is the worst quality I have ever seen and I will not be wearing it. I immediately emailed the support address to find out how to return it for a refund. To date, my email has not been responded to. Instead, *** had a few emails telling me they are backlogged and will need additional time to ship my order.
