    Hello, I purchased a few items from Lemme on 5/25/25 during the Memorial Day sale. When I first opened the website, I got a pop up for 10% off your first order if you sign up for texts. So I signed up and received my promo code. No where on the website did it say, the code cant be used during the Memorial Day sale. I reached the checkout page, my products were discounted because of Memorial Day, I entered the promo code and it was accepted. However, when I reached the page to pay, it wouldnt proceed. I placed the order any way because I was afraid the products would sell out. I reached out to Lemme on 5/26/25 and they said they have internal policies that allow them to prevent stacking discounts. I understand the logic but you have to state terms and conditions apply. Cant be combined with other offers. From my understanding, all exclusions have to be stated in the fine print. Im attaching proof that there is no fine print. This practice is fraudulent. The 10% off shouldve been removed from the website if it cannot be combined. I would like my total amount to reflect my rightly obtained discount code.

    ******** This order I didnt receive it and when I contacted lemmes cs I was told they can only replace or do store credit due to their store policy. Id like refund issued for products I didnt receive

    Dates of transactions: 12/16/2024 & 1/13/2025 *********** states It is selling a supplement that promotes GLP1 synthesis in the body. I spent $216 on these supplements along with one other titled lemme curb for curbing appetite. I reached out to the company via email 1/11/2025 to cancel my order that had NOT been shipped or left the facility. They refused and kept sending me an automatic email that they would escalate to their support and reply within 48 hours. Never resolved issue. Offered to refund me the supplement I had been ingesting since Dec 2024 minus a $10 shipping fee. But wouldnt refund and cancel the order that had not been shipped. They are unethical. I gave several chances to make things right.

    I had requested to cancel the following order prior to the company shipping the order: Pos Debit- **** ** ***** ************* ** ******* *********** shipped the order despite all efforts or communications to cancel and refund my funds. When the order was delivered, I returned it to the sender.*********** has received the returned product unopened, but has not refunded my funds. I reached out to company to inquire about returns/refunds before and after the item was shipped/delivered. The Terms of Sale on website specifies notifications for dissatisfaction or discrepancies must be communicated within 72 hours of delivery to qualify for a refund. Company is refusing to give me a refund even though I did communicate within the timeframe. I want a full refund of my funds since they have the product too."Returned To Sender" unopened in original packaging, **** tracking # **********************.     After reviewing the interaction with this customer, we can confirm that a refund has already been provided. However, please be aware that our website states that we cannot ensure order cancelations after the order is placed nor we accept returns due to our safety policies. The returned item will be disposed once it is returned to our facilities.
