    I won a bag on Auction for ****** and the bank sent me a fraud alert so immediately I asked the seller if the payment went through and if not to reprocess the payment as the bank said . A minute after I had won. But she didn't pay attention at all to my messages, I kept asking the seller if she did reprocess the payment. Still no answer. After about 5 times of answering she brings the bag I won but not to give to me at the price I won but to reauction it and whoever won! NO that's not right because she didn't do her job right and then she still didn't want to give me the bag at price I won. So someone else won at a higher price. I got mad and told her I would file a complaint with BBB then she answered that if I wanted she had another same bag but still she didn't want to give it to me at the price I won the first bag, she wanted to reauction the bag probably to see if she would get more money. The right thing to do was to give me the bag at the price I won the Auction at $******. They are big ripoffs on those stores. They pretend they can't reprocess they payment, well let me win the bag again at $110.00 as I won in the start. No she wouldn't go for it and started talking in her language with an attitude so I said No Problem and left!

    I shopped on IShopshops, Inc for what was claimed to be an authentic pre-owned ************* handbags. I bought 2 bags and i received the only one bag which is actually fake. I received the bag with an authentication certificate which was a different bag different from what I bought. I bought multicolor LV bag and I received a fake multicolor LV bag with an authentication certificate of brown Speedy 35 *************. I have contacted the seller who refused to send me the actual authentication of the bag I bought and She later blocked me. I have never received the send bag which caused around $1700. When I was buying the bags, they have a policy of 7 days return window upon receiving the bag. I attempted to return the fake bag that I received on the same day, less than 24 hrs but IShopshops, Inc told my bank that is it final sale. The attachment has the return policy on the bags. It also the certificate of the bag that I did not order. my order numbers are **************** ****************

    Order Number: **************** We purchased the above item from an online store, but it was lost in transit. This was not my fault, as the *** tracking provided no information and eventually stated that the item was missing.I reported this to both the seller and customer service, and a refund was issued. However, after that, the seller decided to block me from their live show for reasons I do not understand.I raised this issue with the customer service team, but to my surprise, they refused to intervene, stating that the seller has the right to block anyone at their discretion. I find this to be both discriminatory and unfair. I was blocked for something beyond my control, and the customer service team, who is supposed to assist me, is doing nothing to resolve the situation. I was neither rude or disrespectful to the seller. The seller on the other hand was rude and blank with me of which i equally raised this with customer service team but again did nothing about it

    What the purchase is: -I purchased on 10/9/2022 for $2467.64 what was claimed to be an authentic ****** ******* from a business that claims to resell authentic, luxury *******s from the second hand market. I was repeatedly told that everything sold is authentic by the buyer and the account. o It was live sold as authentic by the seller, and the listing also says preloved ****** classic box small, which heavily implied it was authentic in the listing itself. See Item D screenshot attached. -When I purchased, I believed I was buying an authentic item, at the guarantee of the company and by how the entire company has advertised itself. Why Im disputing -I recently purchased a different purse on the website which seemed suspicious, so I authenticated it. It came back FAKE. -That led to concerns that ****** was also a fake, and so I put it through authentication from a very reputable authentication service. See Item E for proof of fake. -The website advertises itself as only selling authentic luxury items. Please see Item A, Item B, and Item C screenshots attached. -This company has a history of selling fake items. They lie to customers saying everything is guaranteed authentic, do not actually do anything to authentic their items, have a misleading return policy (only 3 days to authenticate, when authentication can often take several days from leading authenticators). -There are now many reviews of the company on Trustpilot and the Better Business Bureau online about how they sell fake items that they said were authentic, but do not do anything to protect the buyer for these large purchases. See Item G and ******************* to resolve -I attempted to resolve directly with the company on 11/3/2023. They took over 2 weeks to tell me that they wont help me because it is not within their 3 day policy. See Item F.

    According to our record, the customer purchased the item on 10/8/2022, and the customer first reached out about the bag issue on 11/3/2023, which is over a year ago.  Per our shoppers terms and conditions, if any customers have question regarding their purchase they should contact us within 3 days. In addition to that, in every Pre-Love events on our platform, every item has a blurb that states that it is a final sale. We also provide paid service to authenticate pre-*********** purchases if needed. 

    The user created two different accounts, which also violated our community policy and have disputed two orders from two accounts with the same reason.

     The business makes two claims: 

    1) I reported this issue belatedly: 

    I took the word of the company, the advertising, the sellers, and the website that the company was selling legitimate authentic goods. When I realized that another one of my bag purchases were authenticated as fake, I went and reviewed my other purchases from this site and found out other (older) purchases I made on this site was also fake. 

    Furthermore, the authentication offering on the site (Entrupy) is unreliable. The purchase I had previously made that was initially deemed inauthentic did have Entrupy, and that Entrupy certificate came back as real (when it was actually fake), AND it had the wrong serial number on the Entrupy certificate. 

    It still stands that the company is unable to legitimate their claim that they sell authentic goods on their site. You'll see reviews across the web that they continue to sell inauthentic goods and you have to opt into their authentication service (they don't require it on their goods). 

    2) I have two accounts: 

    The ** of the platform is (and was) extremely confusing at that time. I purchased this initial bag in 2022 and chose to delete the app off of my phone so that I would stop purchasing (my own decision). I did not realize it would delete all of my data, including the ability to sign back into the app? I then redownloaded the app, tried to sign in with my same email, but was not able to. At the time, there was NO place to find a 'forget password' (or the ** was extremely confusing). I used my SAME email to, at the time, was what I thought was logging in, but it seemed like it created another account.

    None of my actions regarding #2 show any intent to deceive the company - I have always used my same email address, same home address, and other identifying information (which is standard practice for someone trying to sign back in), and never have I made any decisions or purchases on my account that would lead me to benefiting from having two accounts. It was an unfortunate result of the poor ** in the app that makes it difficult to re-sign into the same app.

    ShopShops is an on-line, live retail platform that sells various fashion related products. I have been using them the past 2 years. On April 19th, they did a live show at 'Showroom 360' selling high end fashion clothing and products. I bought over $2000 worth of products including white ***** sneakers ($399) and ***** handbags. Payment is made immediately upon checkout with my credit card. It took them over 4 weeks to deliver even though they advertise shipment within 1 - 2 weeks. My order status showed shipped and I received some of my products. On May 17th, customer service sent an email stating that they cancelled 2 of my products (sneakers and handbag) stating that they oversold and that my sneaker size was no longer available. They refunded me, however, on subsequent live shows, they advertised the exact same ***** sneakers and same size at a higher price. That means they lied about being oversold which leads me to believe that they cancelled paid orders so that they can sell the same products at a higher prices later. This is not right, not ethical and probably violating some sort of advertisement protocol. I know they did this to many other customers because I can read the many many texts from other disgruntled customers during their live shows of them cancelling orders. I don't believe that it is ethical to cancel products stating that they oversold only to sell the exact same product at a higher price later. I have reached out to them asking them to honor their product at the price I bought it for. I've asked for a phone number to call but they did not respond. They do this pretty often and you can see the difference in prices as they keep a recording of their live shows. I would greatly appreciate if someone from BBB investigate these unethical and misleading sales practice and behavior. I would like to have the product (***** sneakers) for at the price that I had originally ordered them for and not have to rebuy them at a higher price.

    I was sold counterfeit goods from shopshops. selling counterfeit is illegal and law governs the sale of fraudulent goods and using **** Ect to traffic said items to be criminal. I assumed shopshops were operating a legal company but unfortunately they are not. There have been multiple complaints to the company requesting the sale of fraudulent goods and they continue to sell them on their live shopshops app.
