      Would prefer no star at all! Never received my product and no refund to date. Tracking number shows delivered though my camera proves otherwise. Also no tracking information thru *****

      LESS THAN ONE STAR!! Placed an order for ****** replacement blades in Feb. 2024, they took my money but never delivered. First told backordered. Now I cannot get in contact with them....I want my money back!!

      I ordered replacement Norelco ****** heads in early Feb 2024. 2 weeks later I sent an email asking for an update and they responded was on back order. A few weeks later I tried to call them at 2 different phone numbers, finding out the lines are no longer in service. They charged my account and I want a refund. I've placed an order directly with ******* and have received the heads from them. By the way, I tried ordering from ******* first but they were out of stock at the time.

      BEEARE:I certainly wish I had read these reviews before I order some supposedly new golf *****. After 20+ emails nothing and it has been over a year. Tracking on the order went to the ******* area instead of the Northwest. Ill spend my money at ***** and ****** Le at least from a US company instead of grabbing a deals on the internet.

      SCAM. They have been sending emails about an order that was "back ordered" 2 years ago! Still sending emails! I asked them countless times to stop sending emails and they keep doing it! And what did I buy that is so darn hard to obtain? Generic acetominophen.STAY AWAY

      Buyer beware! I placed an order Feb 2 for a Garmin navigation system and an extra vehicle plug in. I spoke to a representative multiple times who promised me the product was in back order and requested that I be patient. It is now MAY and the order has never been received. I requested that they cancel the order a d issue a full refund to my credit card but can't even get a response from their help desk which is supposed to respond within 24 hours. Do NOT spend your money with these people!

      I placed an order with Factory Outlet Store LLC online on 3/9/24. As of todays date which is 4/10/24, I still have not received the product I ordered. I sent a total of 4 emails requesting an update and I received no response. I asked them to cancel my order again, no response. I attempted to call the number they have listed on their website but the recorder keep saying your call cannot be completed as dialed. If that telephone number is not correct they need to list a correct telephone number for customers to call in on. I was charged but never receive my order. I asked them to cancel my order via email, still no response. I have been trying to contact this company now for over a month. Buyer beware before you place an order with this company.

      I ordered and paid for electric Razor replacement blades on Feb.20th 2024./ I was told they were on backorder. They would notify me when they were in. I called again and got the same answer. When I tried to call again the recording said their IVR system was down.which was 3 weeks ago. I was told to email them and they would answer in *********************************************************** a 2 week span. I am wondering if they have gone out of business. I previously received advertising emails almost every day. They have also stopped. I paid over $62 for the product. My order # ******. I either want the product or want my money refunded. After reading these other reviews I see that this is not a reputable company

      I placed an order (no. FOS12469321E) on 3/29/24 on their website.I have emailed customer service numerous times for order tracking, as I never received a tracking number. Also, whenever I try to login to the website account I created, it says I do not have one.Repeated phone calls to their listed phone number only have a robotic voice saying that their IDR system for order tracking is not working--BUT I can email them for help LOL...again, emails go unanswered.
