    I put my puppy in the crate to test out how she might do (she has exhibited co-dependency as any puppy does) so the idea was to get her used to being away from us for 3-5 minutes. As I walking out the door, she began screaming frantically, so my other dog sprinted upstairs to her. I got to her within about ********************************* one of the large holes of the crate. She had begun to go silent, choking, spitting up, and then she went limp and released her bowels. I had to push her head out with my palm. It took her about ***** seconds to regain consciousness. If she tested this hole ***** seconds later, she would have ******* not typically one to return/complain/make an issue, but this was a very serious incident. So I emailed the company for a refund on this defective and dangerous product. It has been two weeks and the company has not responded to numerous emails from two different addresses. The company created a dangerous and expensive product meant for dogs that almost killed my dog. No crate should be made with this type of dangerous material. I am requesting the company provide a full refund of the product or exchange it for a smaller size.

    I ordered a crate from fable pets, when i ordered the crate there was no information about the crate taking 4-8 weeks for delivery until after i purchased it. Its now been a month with no emails about the crate being shipped and when Ive reached out via email no one responds, i wrote multiple comments on their instagram and again no response. Once i saw all the comments on their instagram of everyone saying it took 8 months or longer i am now taking it to better business bureau.. there is no reason for a crate to take this long and customer service to not even email you back and notify you when your item will be shipped. It should also be stated before purchasing the product that there are significant delays in shipping. Had i known i would not of purchased

    Ordered a pet crate. Took 3 months to arrive and when it finally did I was disappointed with the quality and most importantly they did not provide all tools necessary to assemble (multiple screws and components missing). When I contacted support to get a resolution (return the crate and get a refund) - I keep getting the run around. It should be straightforward as sending me a shipping label and refunding my credit card. They only have responded to my initial email saying that a team lead would reach out, but I never got a response and that was a week ago.

    I placed an order for a dog crate with Fable Pets via their website. In their confirmation email, they informed me that the crate would not ship for several months. This information was not clearly communicated at the time of purchase. I have made four attempts to request that they cancel the order via email and have not received a single response.On the *** section of their website, there is the following statement under Return Policy... "Please note that because crates are large furniture items, they are non-refundable". This information was not made clear at the time of purchase. And since the item is on back order, it should be very simple for them to cancel the order and refund the purchase price.
