    Sent the wrong size I a subscription box, 4 months later no sizes but large available. I didn't s**** up my order, they sent an XL on a small order... What gives? Then gave me a measly $20 refund. No refund me the whole box. What a nightmare. Do not buy or subscribe from this company!

    they refuse to refund me for a pusheen box i ordered that never came in october when it was a halloween box and i ordered in mid september. it came in november first they gave me a hard time about returning it at all and then they agreed but its been months and wont issue me a refund.

    Offered a deal for 25% off subscription box. I placed the order and emailed for confirmation. No where did the coupon disclose that the box would be for the current box which I had already recieved; in fact, there were no additional details available for the discount (not even that it was not for the entire duration of the subscription service). Placed an order anticipating it would be the next box. Less than 3 hours later, the order could not be cancelled.

    Horrible and don't trust them! They are unresponsive, the subscription box don't ship as they are promoting and overall what a poor customer experience. Never again will I use this crappy company. How are they still in business? What a joke.

    I would give zero stars if I could. Purchased a drinking glass with vinyl lettering on it from culturefly. The very first time I used it, the vinyl lettering slid right off just from the condensation on the glass. I reached out to the company about this poorly made product and they didnt stand behind their product at all. Do not buy anything from this company. Absolute sham.

    Terrible, horrible and unhelpful ******************************** They just want to scam you out of your money and bully you into products. They claim to do exchanges and refunds. Except they don't offer exchanges. Refunds can take months with them. They won't cancel your order even after your purchase was made several hours prior. ******** Services will ONLY answer your request back once it is "shipped" so they can tell you they cannot cancel the order now. Especially, when the time period shows it takes almost 2 business days to ship on their own website. Stay FAR away from this company. Spend your money else where. Especially for the price support a local business.

    If I can give 0 stars I would but that's not an option. I was "gifted" a Friday the 13tu ***** takes Manhattan shirt for my birthday yesterday. My birthday was on 10/28,its okay that I got it late ** I understand mail takes time. Anyways, the print literally looks like iron on garbage. It feels,and sounds like a plastic bag for f**** sake! It's horrible! I wouldn't be caught dead wearing such trash! If y'all are a company that sells shirts and ****, you think you would take pride in your work. All these reviews are bad dude! Y'all need to do better,smfh.

    Terribly managed. Ordered a year subscription That included 4 boxes. Got the first and third one, did not receive the second one and the box was discontinued before the last box. Also the one the we did receive where months late.

    The shipping is always late, but selling an annual subscription at Christmas to be used for gifts, then discontinuing after 2 boxes and offering a "store credit" is beyond horrible service. Terrible company to deal with.

    I have been a subscriber of ********** box for about 3 years as a gift for my wife. The boxes were worth the price especially at the beginning, despite the constant shipping delays, near the end not so much but I kept it in case we got some cool stuff. For the Spring Box, I got an email that it would be delayed, no big deal. However, 3 MONTHS after the purchase, I received an email saying my order was cancelled and I'd be refunded.I did not cancel anything, I was prepared to wait so I wrote them back asking the reason. They tell me that it is because I initiated a fraud chargeback through my bank. I have never done that so I called my bank in a panic. Turns out that my bank was as puzzled as I am, they said in order to initiate a chargeback I would have to be the one to request it so it made no sense.I wrote back to CultureFly explaining all this but now they are telling me the Spring box is out of stock and I can't order it.So essentially, they couldn't fill the box order and instead of being upfront with me, they made me waste my time calling my bank to figure out a non-existing issue. I've never seen a company lie to a customer like this before and honestly I would not recommend anyone to deal with them. Calling your customers fraudsters just because you can't fill an order is absolutely ridiculous, I've never seen this before. A quick ****** search of "CultureFly reviews" will show that I am unfortunately not the only one with issues with CultureFly... Trustpilot 1.6 ?, BBB Rating F with 89 unresolved complaints... Don't waste your time and money with CultureFly.
